Amazing staff, especially the manager. I think her name is Miss Erma. She's been there for awhile. Everything is always correct with my order, fresh and hot. I highly recommend this location!
This location usually is OK but this time had to get my money back because the order was wrong and cold and when I opened the wrong soft taco that I didn't order,all the ingredients fell on the floor, to wait in line almost 20 minutes to get it wrong was unacceptable
I have been to this store several times. Usually, it's ok other than the wait. But this time I waited only for them to say ..."we're out of beef and are closing for 40 mins to make some. Ridiculous.
My daughter and I were so stoked to find out that the Mexican pizza is back. We really enjoyed it and was hoping it would eventually come back ?
I ordered from the group menu the 4 tacos and 4 stacked burritos. I just got home to eat, but I am very disappointed. The amount of meat inside the tacos and burritos is insanely small!! But on the bright side, there is lots of lettuce in the tacos and beans in the burritos, but almost no meat!! What a ripoff! I definitely will NOT be returning to this Taco Bell and if the other stores are the same way, I will no longer be eating at any Taco Bell.
How is an establishment supposed to open up at 8:00 am and when you get there it still not open but being told the truck just got there and will open at 8:30am. Don’t understand. Please make me understand.
Something was in the taco as I bit into it. Hopefully I don't have a Dental bill behind this. The food otherwise was good but this is concerning to me. Beware!

Quite frequently this Taco Bell drive-thru is slow, so we go inside and order via the kiosk. Today when we went, the doors were locked, so we decided to try the drive-thru. As usual it was very slow. After getting our food, we stopped to double check in the parking lot because we've had issues with not getting all of our food before. Sure enough, we were missing multiple items and several items weren't correct. We had to go back through the drive-thru because the door to the building was locked. I told them that I had just been through the drive-thru and was missing food. A different guy, not the girl taking orders, jumps on and is very rude and aggressive. Yelling at me that I didn't order what I claimed to have ordered and if I wanted it, I would have to pay an up-charge. We wanted chicken instead of beef on the soft tacos. While I understand that this is an up-charge, most places would own their mistake for messing up a good portion of the order and just replace the two soft tacos instead of demanding that we pay the $1 or whatever up-charge. All said and done, we spent 45 minutes there and still came home with a messed up order.
they have the flat screen order systems inside. if drive through line is to long use them. it's a fast option.
