Went to Subway at 8;30 pm , staff told me they were closed inspite of the sign and website stating 9 pm

My sub was okay but I actually wanted a chop salad and they no longer make those.

When my family wanted an refund after being asked to pay an additional charge of a drink or additional 6 inch for just A SIDE OF MEATBALLS, The manager proceeded to throw the sandwich away in trash, walked away and gave no refund then called the police because apparently “they refused to leave the store”…. Police apologized and told me it’s unfortunately a civil matter. All for a requested side of meatballs
