This was my 1st visit, and I must say it was great ??. The waiter we had was fantastic. He continued to come back to make sure we didn't need anything. The food tasted good ? and was a good temperature. I only gave a 4 because there were only a few customers in the restaurant and they were not busy at all. So there was no real pressure. But I did enjoy the experience. The prices weren't bad.

We dined in. Atmosphere is good.Demetrius, our server, was efficient and still fun.We ordered combo # 6, it was the perfect amount of food for the 2 of us. We ordered garlic butter mild, and loved it. We could still taste the seafood thru the seasoning. They provided bibs and appropriate utensils, and wet naps at the end.
FIRST OF ALL OUR FOOD CAME OUT REALLY FAST I DONT EVEN KNOW IF IT WAS DONE FOR REAL THE POTATOES WERE HARD THE BUTTER WASNT MELTED LIKE IT USUA BE N OUR WAITRESS WAS SLOW SHE WAS IN HER CELL PHONE SHE ONLY CAME TO YABLE ONCE TO SEE IF WE WAS OK, I WAITED ABOUT 15-20 MIN TO GET A REFILL WHILE OUR WAITRESS SAT AT FROMT COUNTER ON HER CELL PHONE!!!!! OVERALL THE SERVICE WAS BAD MY DAUGHTER AND I EAT THERE 3-4-5 TIMES OUTTA A MONTH BUT TONIGHT THE SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY BAD!!!!!! IF I HAD TO RATE OUR SERVICE THERE TONIGHT FROM 1-10 IT WOULD BE A 1 THATS HOW BAD IT WAS!!!!! I MOST DEFINITELY WAS NOT HAPPY N I STILL LEFT A TIP THAT WAS MOST DEFINITELY NOT EARNED

My family came in today for the first time on a Wednesday afternoon. We were greeted and served by a very attentive waiter named Demetrius. The food was lovely. We got a variety of things in our seafood boils: snow crab legs, shrimp, scallops, lobster,and we did seafood bread and chicken wings as our appetizers..... and honestly it all was extremely tasty. Seasoned well and SUPER FRESH. That corn was delicious and the cheesecake was to die for as well. I dont like seafood much but my husband and daughter love it so I was already ready to be disappointed but the flavor and freshness of it made me wanna try it.And Demetrius is an angel. He took very good care of us and gave us excellent service. It's been a while since I have been this impressed by a place. My daughter had fun signing all of our names on our booth. We will definitely be back and I hope we continue to have the same great experience. And Demetrius if you're seeing this, thanks Love! You are amazing and you elevated our experience!
if you like the Broadway Oyster Bar and live in north county and don't wanna make that drive, this is and option. similar menu. we have legit fresh shucked oysters now. ? good bourbon selection. this place popped when it opened, that Asian manager that didn't know how to accommodate US... yeah he gone. good manager in their now. give it a shot.
Sadly, this business is suffering from a staffing deficiency like every other business in the U.S. We arrived and were seated but waited a long while for service. Unfortunately, we were not prepared for the long wait and had to leave.One thing I'd like to mention in favor of this restaurant is that they proactively posted signs to alert incoming patrons that they were understaffed and that they may experience a longer wait time for service. Even though we weren't able to eat, we will try to return soon when we have more time to accommodate a longer wait. I gave 3 stars to be fair, but this in no way is a reflection of the service or the food. I've heard from others that both the food and service had been great!To the staff at Storming Crab, hang in there; we are praying things get better soon!
The boil bags are cool...from the mussels to the crab legs. The flavors and heat levels offered are nice too. just don't get anything fried. Like the calamari or hush puppies or crab cakes. It always taste like freezer section fish stick batter type stuff. The drinks aren't made consistently based on the bartender either. I can get a great drink from one bartender one day,,, come back and the next bartender would make the same drink trash.
? Great! The food was great fresh and temperature was right. The customer service was awesome, I wished I know exactly how to spell our server's name but I think it was something like this Kendiace , she was absolutely great and actually cared about her customers and she was very knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations. We will definitely go back!
