Florissant location could use some customer service training. Drive thru orders not checked to ensure it is all there. They give you a sealed bag so be sure you check. This is the 2nd time I've had to hold up the drive thru because my order was not complete. Then when I asked for chips as a side and not the bread, the young lady said she needed the bread back or she would need to charge me for the chips. Really! I paid for the chips so she wouldn't just put the bread I touched checking my order back in the basket for another customer. The icing on the cake was the location was also out of tomatoes. What happened to managers that use to go to the grocery store to get an item that hasn't come in yet?
The drive thru experience was new for me. I was very impressed with service received. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I was very satisfied with my food order and it was very satisfying.
Food was awesome.. environment was quiet and content with an ambience if peace.. now I spend at least 3 days a week there just having a nice quiet lunch alone in the patio. Service was great just a bit shuffled but hey it's summer and kids need summer jobs but they ALL we're very respectful
Why can’t anyone get the consistency Of the iced green tea correct? If your going to add ice to cool down the original recipe, start with stronger tea! It tastes like watered down “yuck” when the customer gets it.It’s such a lovely product when you make it right!! TRY HARDER!!

Went to Panera May 10, 2022 around 8:15pm ordered a bacon Turkey bravo whole sandwich and a cup of chicken noodle. When I got home open my bag, I notice the soup was cheddar broccoli soup. I asked the lady that was taking my order. Do you have chicken noodle soup still available? She said yes, so I’m wondering where was the mix up. This is the third time my order has been incorrect. I paid $19.80 for a small cup soup, whole sandwich and cookie. This Panera in Lindbergh is not like all the other Panera I have visited. Poor service all together

They don't always call out when your food is ready. We ordered smoothies, and we had to ask for them coz they didn't include it with our food. The smoothies were already melted when we got them - they were done before the food, but didn't call our names to pick them up.
I order a tuna sandwich at 10:19am only. I wasn't out until 10:40am.They need more help. After I was waiting for 15 minutes they started announce a 20 minutes wait when you placed your oder. I will not go back to that location.
Bread company has great food but this place ain't getting it. Service is slow, management is useless and quality is severely lacking and they are almost always out of something. I'll drive past this one and go to Bridgeton or St. Charles next time. There is almost always an issue with this place.
