Horrible experience, sad that everytime I drive all the way here they are closed, they tell you every time it’s a system update an I know that’s a lie, you don’t update a system everyday. Then today they said they close at 10 but at 9:30 they are not taking any orders because they are cleaning up. Umm u clean up when you close. They should just change their closing times if workers need to clean up before they close. Who is in charge here an letting this be ok? An please don’t give Me some generic apology…just get on top of it an do better.
Drive-thru waiter was very nice with listening to me and taking time with me speech problem after ,2 strokes my speech isn't what it use to be.
This sonic is usually good I do not know what happened this time, went to drive through and specified my order was going to be diffrent ordered there extra long quarter pound coney with no chilly and cheese to have ketchup, mustard, onions, and tomatoes instead get my order get home cause I'm in a hurry open the box and got chilly chese extra long coney, and they were out of onion rings ? tried to call them and they wouldn't pick up the phone.
Employee were super rude and took forever to take my order cause they were messing around talking to there friends outside that were even buying food! Sad how bad the area is getting
This is one of the better Sonics. They are understaffed but the servers are nice. But it takes some time to get your order. I always use app. when I go there. They are a little expensive. Download app. You can catch a sell now and then.
About the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. I was overcharged but didn’t think it would even be possible to get it corrected. Food took forever. An employee then complained to me that I hadn’t pulled into the correct spot to wait for my food. Parts of the facade are hanging on by a thread. Terrible. Never eat here.
Your workers need to learn how to fix the double cheese burger what happened to the lettuce and tomato and mayo and I had a footlong footlong chili dog with out a fork or spoon or any napkin let's make it work better please. ?
Pulled up to a bay, no answer. Drive thru,stupid slow. Ate some tater tots and got sick and so did my grandchildren. They don't have to worry about me!
Their cherry limeade slush is the best! Line took forever, but that's typical for every fast food joint these days.
Pulled into sonic 6:54 pm on a Sunday night. All parking lanes orders of sonic we were told we couldn’t park, order and eat in a parking spot. All these digital parking order lanes and this sonic chooses not to use the parking order lanes? What’s the point? Tear it down? Waste of electric? Waste of money ? Also your drive thru lights don’t work can’t see the menu in the drive thru. Can’t read most signs.
