DO NOT order the Big Buford...it is not as advertised. The patties were not large size but barely medium size. The patties were dry and flavorless...no pickles. Ordered drive through yesterday burger was horrible. it tasted like fresh ketchup and mustard over old toppings of onion,tomato and old lettuce these burgers need to be made to order their are to many toppings involved..stale burger buns also give indication they have been sitting up for a while yuck
For lunch we decided to treat the family to Rally's and try their World Famous Burger, the Double Rally Burger with Cheese and Chicken Bites with Fries Box and it was a Hit!! The food was fresh and hot ? and the service was amazing! Even though they were short staffed, they remained professional and kind ? They earned ALL 5 STARS!!
My husband and I decided to treat the kids to some Rally's and this location was amazing!!! They have one drive-thru line and the other lane is used for delivery or curbside pickup ??? super smart to use the lanes that way, especially because they were short staffed. My interaction with the staff was that they were super friendly. I asked about recommendations they told us to try the World's Famous Double Rally Burger with Cheese.. we order 4 of them and they made sure we recipe the deal for it which was 2 burgers for $6 each ? Theu also recommended the Chicken and Fries Box and a Fries Lovers size fry ???? Highly recommend this location ? they earned 5 stars
The shake machine was always messed up. Without public notifications, they stop selling funnel cake fries and chicken wings and only sell them online. They would still be open and say they shut the shake machines and slushy machines down. They had a teenager for a manager once, 18 or 19. Talks down to their employees. They had a customer at the walkup window trying to fight one of the employees. very ghetto place. They don't even have kids meals when people request them. No military discount or senior discount. They need to LEVEL UP
Everything was salty. Was given some kind of fries with powder that I never asked for. Waited behind 2 ppl for 24 mins. Unless ur willing to go to the hospital due to high blood pressure, I advise u not to go there and they're good at messing simple orders up. Smh. Never again.
Food was good. Diet coke and I ordered regular.. what the frank. Oh well. Next time soda from QT.
Just watched an employee drag this display in the middle of the drive though at 8:30 to prevent any additional customers. ?. Then the employee has the audacity to peek their head outside the drive though window to admire their work with a grin on their face.Adjust your store hours if your gonna close ur location due to lack of staff.
I ordered the brownie served in a soft vanilla custard and the brownie was so rock hard that I couldn’t eat it unless I pulled the brownie out of the custard and got ice cream all over my hands. The ideal is good but the execution was terrible and not practical. This would be better if the brownie was broken up and mixed into the soft custard or make the brownie softer where it can be eaten right along with the ice cream which is what “I thought” I would be getting since it was places inside the custard.
This is insane. I waited over 7min after they closed drive thru at 4pm for this?!?! Close this store!!
