Great service and very quick on the inside and the food was hot and fresh, didn't like the taste of the cole slaw though, but chicken and fries was good
Food is very hit or miss. Sometimes fried perfectly and other times over cooked. The young lady at the drive thru window was more interested in finishing her text message than handing me my order that was bagged and sitting right in front of her. I hate poor customer service so I'll take my money elsewhere.
I don't usually have a problem with this location but tonight was a different story. I had two orders and didn't get all my food. After asking for a manager, I was told that I STILL wasn't getting it because they "gave it to me already" even though they didn't. Afterwards, I STILL had to wait to get my full order. Screw them. I'm over it and definitely won't be back. Waiting on a call from the corporate office.
Convenient location although the drive through traffic blocks others from being able to park at times. Plenty of tables and booths inside. Chicken was prepared fresh. It was so hot, we had to wait for it to cool. Meals came with fries and a piece of toast. Not the most nutritious meal but okay occasionally.
I love there's chicken fingers and fries you have to try there sauce also the toast is pretty good
I went to Canes to get a late dinner after work around 11:30pm just to find out they had NO more toast. 2nd, I order an Arnold Palmer that tasted like something was old and pr expired was scared to drink it. But, the food I received was good and hot
I stopped by on my way home from work and went through the drive-thru. Staff was friendly and efficient. Food is always delicious!
I wanted to see for myself what all of the hype was about with Raising Cane’s restaurant. I went there for the first time. I was surprised. I got the 4 piece combo. Everything was perfect. There was a long line, but the wait was worth it. I appreciate how they repeat the order back to you after you place your order. They repeat it again when you’re paying for it. And the repeat your order a 3rd time before they give it to you to make sure they got it right. Good customer service. I will be back.Update: I went back 2 more times. I thought the 2nd time would be as good as the first. When it wasn’t I went back a 3rd time to give them another chance. Both times my fries were cold, and tasted like they had been fried in old grease. The chicken didn’t seem cooked thoroughly. I don’t know maybe I was really hungry the first time, and didn’t noticed that the food wasn’t as great as I thought. I probably won’t go back
In the beginning the chicken strips were of considerable size and tasty, but the last couple of times I visited there, the chicken strips were only half the size or less. No longer worth spending the money
Food is excellent they made a mistake with our order not only do they replace the whole order next time we come to they gave us extra drinks extra chicken and frys definitely will go back
