Today was a great day to order Qdoba! Delicious‼️ Thank you Qdoba! Created my own salad...Grilled Adobo Chicken taco salad with pickled red onions, Pico salsa, lettuce black beans fajita peppers Queso picante ranch habanero salsa roasted tomato cotija cheese sour cream guacamole shredded cheese and tortilla strips....??????
Been here twice. The first time was a weekday. They were 30+ min late opening. Say me and other customers coming to the door, they were just looking at us like we were wrong. Finally someone actually said they were running late. Today, I tried to give them another shot, guess what, there’s a note on door says will open at 11:30. I give up on this place. Sad because I heard the food is good.Update: so I ran some errands came back , it’s 11:52 still not open, note is removed, door is locked. Another lady waiting in her car said they only doing online orders until 12. They could have put that on that “door note”. Signed: Highly hangry
The food was delicious i had the 3 cheese nachos the only complaint i have is the pickled red onions i rather have th freshly cut the workers were really nice.
A lot of kids that don't know what they're doing works there. They ran out of a lot of stuff or didn't know where to find certain stuff. Smh. Never again. First and last. Never heard of no sour cream.
Just read some of the post to see if my experience was just one of those days. Well, it was one of those days as stated in previous post. My first visit and last time. I never got to order they were to focused on online orders. Myself and others stood in line waiting to order for 15 minutes without anyone working acknowledging anyone. They never stated a wait time are look up. They just kept pulling online tickets throwing together, bagging and stapling shut. The girl ? literally throw the food together the guy with his mask pulled down bagged and stapled. All someone had to do was say it's going to be a ...... wait. I would have been able to make an intelligent decision. Difference, I left went to sub shop immediately greeted and informed it was a 15 minute wait. I said cool paid and got order with free soda for wait in 17 minutes,cool. What's so hard QDOBA that you can't do this. YOU WILL NOT BE OPEN MUCH LONGER AND IF THIS IS YOUR BEST WORK YOU PROBABLY GET TO SEE WHATS IT LIKE STANDING IN LINE AND NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGE YOU AT THE EMPLOYMENT OFFICE. Visited this location on 5/05/22. Was not crowded but the story was filthy and the there had to be 10 -15 workers behind the counter and in the grill area. They laughing loud, horsing around and literally doing everything but waiting on customers. There were at least 2 that had manager name tags. It was utter chaos. It seems that every time I go tot his location, there is some sort of situation. The time before this, there was literally a fist fight between a worker and Door Dash driver. I HATE this location.
Very unclean restaurant. Food was mixed with other food. The workers were very disrespectful with the conversation they were having. I don’t know how they have an A rating because that place was gross. Corporate needs to pop up and really look at that place because it is really nasty looking.
This location is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! We stopped going to this location because of the poor management but decided, after a good while of not giving any patronage to them, another shot. It started off well- We were nicely greeted. But the staff was so busy doing online orders that the minute usually given to review the menu turned into 10 mins of wondering when someone was going to come over and take our order! Save yourself the frustration and grief and make the drive to the St. Charles Rock Rd. location- The service there is hands down, night-and-day better.
I placed order online for “kids 3 cheese nacho” and was given a pick up time of 10:43. I arrived at 10:35 and the doors were locked. Doors opened around 10:45 so of course my order was not ready. I made a run and returned at 11:10 and the order still wasn’t prepared. Store was really busy and no one made an attempt to complete the order stating that “I would have to wait in line or wait until the order was prepared”. I did not have time to continue to wait for my order which was already paid for. Perhaps it was a bad day but I don’t want to pay for food I didn’t receive. Attempted to call in about the experience but the phone just rang each time. Poor Customer Service
They literally gave me slop... I ordered via Uber Eats and chose the Nachos with chips on the side. The picture shows what I got...with chips on the side. Just trash. I tried to call and let a manager know but their phone has stayed busy. Hence, this review. I tried to give them another chance after destroying my order last year, but this takes the cake. $21 total for this nastiness. No more...
