Manager was very rude. I downloaded the app and had a coupon on my phone. I place my order told her I had a discount from the app and they told me to drive around for the total. When I tried to give her my code at the window she told me it was too late and I should’ve told her in the beginning. I told her I did tell her and that’s why she asked me to drive around for the total. Told me that she didn’t hear me. She would not apply my coupon that was clearly in her face. Very rude and really bad customer service.
Dont order online or from this location at all. When you get to pick it up, you'll have to wait 20 mins in the drivethru and they will tell you they have nothing BUT sandwichs left once you finally reach the speaker. Then when you inquire about a refund to your online purchase the manager will cop an attitude with you and tell you they dont give refunds. When further questioning, you will get more attitude and told to go back to the website and "I dont know, I work for Popeyes, not the website". Meanwile, there is 8 cars in line, they could of easily sent to clerk out there to make an announcement of their lack of food. Then website has no options to request a refund and every "contact us" option takes you to a chat that has a bot inform you that isnt operating because they have no employees to work it; with no indication when that chat would be operating or an option to leave a chat message to be reviewed and answered later. Then you search online for other opinions to contact them and all you can find is a phone number, only to call the phone number and the call center clerk have such a stong accent that you cannot understand a word they say. When you ask for a different clerk you are sent to a survey. Finally you will give up and contact your credit card company and explain everything and they guarentee you they will get the issue resolved.
I ordered online and was going to pick up through the drive thru. The drive thru was so long so i decided to go inside. Glad i did. They were out of chicken and sides i wanted. I got the 10pc family bundle. I got small sides not even filled to the top of the container not large as i should have received the only sides they had available were frys and mashed potatoes. When i wanted mac n cheese and red beans and rice. The didnt have any drinks available bc they were out of carbonation. I got nothing comped or refunded. I had to wait 20 min for chicken also. 30$ for a meal that was not very happy with.
Oh how the mighty have fallen! Had a spicy chicken and spicy fish sandwiches from this location a year ago. Today I talked my brother into lunch at this Popeye's location. We ordered 2 spicy fish combos which included Cajun fries and drinks (Coke and Sprite) also ordered 2 servings of red beans and rice. We received only one order of Cajun fries, and mashed potatoes, and no red beans. We received Dr. Pepper instead of Coke. When brought the errors to the clerk she wanted to tell us that's what we ordered. They took the mashed potatoes back and gave us only one order of red beans and rice instead of 2 orders; also we never received the second order of Cajun fries. I have attached pictures of the fish sandwich and you should compare to pictures of how this sandwich is advertised...there is vast differenc. The fish was NOT crispy as advertised; the bun was burned. The sandwich came with 2 pieces of pickles and mustard no special tarter sauce. The fish tasted like it had been a couple days ago. As you can see from the picture I could only one bite before throwing the sandwich away. WARNING !!! Think three times before coming to this location and if you decide to still come here double check your food order. I would prefer to give this place no star but you can't with no stars...they do not deserve one star!!!!
I went on 5/1/22 and ordered a 10pc family asked could I substitute the breast for legs he says no that they can't do that only to turn right around and tell me that they were out of thighs would I like to replace them with legs or breast I tell him legs and when I get my order they give me breast in place of the missing thighs. I mean it always something with this location came in February and they told me on side item that they had was macaroni. This type of service is unacceptable and the people of Florissant deserves more than a restaurant that barely gives half an effort I mean I really feel everyone in there management on down just does the bare minimum.
Drive thru wait time usually 20 minutes or more and that’s if they take your order. Most times no one evens gets on the intercom!
Customer service lacks here. Waited in a long line only to be told they were out of the butterfly shrimp that I wanted and that I could get beignets instead, no acknowledgement of the long line I had waited in or any kind of apologies. Was thinking about doing a big order here for a baby shower, but looks like I will be sticking with Canes.
I haven't been to Popeyes in years because I don't have one near me. So coming to town I was excited to see a Popeyes. After ordering the chicken meals, I asked if by chance do they still sell the fish and chip meal. The cashier said "We don't sell that, thats Culver's". I then said Popeyes use to sell it. So she said " I've been here 3 years and we don't sell that". Her tone was kind of off putting but she did check with another employer. I know I'm not tripping because Popeyes was the only place I got my fried fish from years ago.Anyhow, the food was good but the attitude as though I'm a cat lady, was not it.
I just order the Flounder fish combo classic. My order was 11. My fish was frozen and uncooked only the edges was done. I also had to wait for the meals for 15 minutes after paying. Unfortunately this restaurant does not completely grasp the fact that serving people uncooked for is a direct violation of St. Louis County health code. I have caller the store to reach the General Manager Chris Nava no one answers the phone.
Always long lines gotta risk getting your car hit terrible setup. Then its also hard to exit after you purchase your food. Due to long lines. $6 big box mess around cost you $500-$1000 insurance deductible.
