Good experience. The staff was nice and brought the pizza out to my car. The parking lot could use an update but other than those type of aesthetics my experience was good.
I placed a large order at 1pm to be picked up at 6pm. I had to wait an hour for the food to be ready yet, it even wasn't all of my order when it was all said and done. When I requested to be comped with 6 cheese shakers for the inconvenience, the manager stated that she wouldn't or couldn't do that. This store just lost a potential re-occurring customer with orders that would total over $600 for each order.
New Halls Ferry Pizza Hut was tasty, cheesy full of meat all the way to the edge! Hot and Ready in 16 min..Loved It!!! Looked and smelled great...Good Job!!!
Worst pizza that I had in a very long time. I believe they gave me a pizza that had been around longer than 15 minutes. I had a problem getting through by phone so I drove to the store and placed my order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, I sat in my car 15 minutes and went back in to pickup the order, when I got home 10 minutes later the pie was cold and hard, to hard to eat. I will never go to that store again.
This place is horrible! It was dirty when I walked in, but I had already placed my order online. In their defense it was quite busy and I saw multiple customers leave with a large number of pizzas. However, I ordered the Big dinner box and everything about it was terrible. The pizza crust was horrible the toppings and the cheese did not go all the way to the edges that they should have the breadsticks although they claim they had freshly baked them were cold and dry and the chicken was dried out and hard. I will never go to this Pizza Hut again ever. The next day my daughter and I had to stay home from school and work because she was sick. She had been throwing up that night after we ate their nasty Pizza! She ate more than I did because she's a kid but know any better I ate a little, but it tasted horrible and I stopped. U know kids they just keep going?
Even though it was a carryout the service was fast and accurate. We enjoyed our dinner pizza very much.
I received confirmation of my order with the time that i needed to pick up. After i received the confirmation , i get a call from the location that my order is cancelled and they are closing. Frantic i asked for the manager im placed on hold and then person comes online to advise me that my order has been cancelled and i should receive my refund in 3 to 5 days. I was livid.
My pizza was a bit over cooked. My pan crust was crunchy & chewy, the taste was however still good but my 2 year old twins were not able to eat it.
I ordered pizza tonight, immediately after placing the order online the store called and said they would not be able to fulfill the order because they ran out of dough. How is that possible? Not only is that an inconvenience they could not refund me the payment or send my order to a different location, so my family is left hungry tonight. After speaking with customer service and being hung up on twice I was told I could be helped. You guys completely dropped the ball tonight.
Order at 8:15 online says closing at 9pm. 15 mins to completion. Received a call at 8:35 they are not taking orders. Had to callback twice for them to return money back to my card. They need to correct online ordering to stop early if they are closing early.
