I was there when the food was being made and somehow my bread was soggy and the fries weren't crispy either. I also asked the chick that took my order for a cup of honey mustard, before I left I asked TWICE if the honey mustard was in the bag which she kindly said yes it is. Once I got home I didn't see any cup of honey mustard. I understand forgetting to put it in the bag but flat out lying and saying you put it in when the customer asked for confirmation is wack. won't be going back to this location even if I had a coupon for a free sandwich, fast isn't good when the food is sulky and the order is incomplete. Do better.

In spite of placing my order a whole ago that should have been ready by 12:58p it was not ready until 1:30 and then it was missing fries that I had to wait another 10 mins on whole employees talked

This location is very unprofessional and have a bunch of kids working who don’t care about your food I had an online on line i pal was at 630 and pick up time was 645 I got there at 7 and they still have my made the order there no one there and all the workers are in the back playing hitting each other not caring about order this is the last time I will ever eat at this location

I had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 419 knowing that this penn station takes forever I ran a few errands first go there and my food still wasn’t ready I let the cashier up front know I was here and waited for my food than I proceed to wait 45 minutes to an hour FOR A MOBILE ORDER I don’t normally write reviews but this wait time is awful not to mention food wasn’t even that good and people that came in order at the counter got their food before I did. can’t really blame them for the wait because the store is ran by a bunch of unorganized teenagers who clearly have no experience in the food industry they even at one point even lost my sandwhich I was the employee search for it for like 5 minutes… disappointed wouldn’t even be back to get sandwhich for my dog

If I could give a -0 star I would! Just ordered from there. We get home and they gave us the wrong order. I call and ask to speak to a supervisor, and told him about the wrong order. He told me he will remake the food and we can come get it. I sent my guy up there to get the food and he tells me, one of the staff had a attitude. How do you get to have a attitude when you messed up OUR order and we spent OUR money that we worked hard for?! He get back home and my chicken is not cooked!!!!!!!! I couldn’t even eat it. This location need to get it together. I will definitely be calling corporate, because at this point; this establishment need to either be shut down or management need to have more training so that he can get his ENTIRE staff together. These people just want the check, and not work for it. If you can’t get people orders right and don’t have good customer service, choose another field. I will NEVER eat at another penn station again due to this staff and the low quality of service and food

I've eaten Penn Station at other locations for quite a few years, and I've never had a bad experience until yesterday, Dec 20, 2021. At the Lindbergh location in Hazelwood, I must say that it will be a good while before I do that to myself again. ? They should first tell the young man in there to pull his pants up so his butt's not hanging out as he walks down the line where food is waiting to be prepared. Also everybody doesn't get an hour or more for lunch so serving a customer should be top priority. Not what I witnessed and experienced yesterday. Finally after my food sat for a few minutes waiting to be dressed and given to me, when I let them know that my food was waiting the young lady that also manned the line clearly displayed attitude for me even politely asking if I could get my food. It is definitely be a while before my next trip, and then my next trip most certainly will not be to that store location. I like Penn Station ??

By far the WORST sandwich shop I have ever encountered. It was nasty. The staff didn’t explain the menu when asked, didn’t switch gloves when appropriate, most of them were wearing earbuds and only one wore an apron. The exterior lacked appeal, but the interior made me gag. The bathrooms were dirty, there was layers of grease build up in the stalls and urine and fecal matter were on the seats. There was no soap or towels and the water ran cold. By far the worst violation was the sheer ignoring of standard food safety- there was RAW MEAT touching not only the counter but the computer, and the mouse/touchpad. Bits and pieces scattered across the majority of the surface. The frying oil, when I was able to take a look, appeared to have not been cleaned or changed in years- I have never seen such a bad fry station. I seriously fear for the safety of those who choose to eat here.

They are pretty fast for all the people they usually have. They place is usually clean and the servers are nice.

Never had a good experience here. Food is decent but the staff couldn't care less about assisting customers. Skip it if you can.

Had the Philly cheesesteak and it was delicious and the fries taste like they used fresh Greece and they were really good too as well love my experience
