Let me start off first by saying……….if you order CARRY OUT they will mess up your order, they will mess up your order, THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR ORDER!I love the pasta house but this location seems to have people that just don’t give a chit or they are incompetent when it comes to CARRY OUTS.The past 3 carry-outs I got were wrong. Even after I continually expressed what I wanted on the phone.
Very upbeat & helpful staff. Food was fresh & they had stuffed artichokes. Was at St Charles location a couple of months ago for lunch & that location CLA med they didn't carry them so was extremely excited to hear they were being served at Florissant location. Sorry no pictures
Absolute terrible attitudes today from the 2 young ladies working the front desk and bringing Curbside orders to the cars! I will definitely make their managers aware! Got my wife's order wrong yesterday so they offered to replace it, went to get it today and encountered these 2 young ladies hanging up the phones on me and my wife. I had to go back in to retrieve the dressing that was left off again so had to deal with more rudeness! UNACCEPTABLE!!! I will be calling ‼️ I don't recommend this location at all!
I was at the Pasta House for my niece's birthday. The food was good. Social distance was good. The waiter was knowledgeable . I was glad to be able to dine in again.
Our server MJ was AWESOME..Pasta House really needs some help.My husband food was good.Mine was nasty. I'm not a big Pasta House person. They're ok.
I love Pasta House. I’ve been to this Pasta House many times. I don’t know if they have new management or if they just have no management at all. We were told a 20 minute wait, and an hour later still had no seat. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
Food was okay (tortellini sauce had a skim coat on it) service was abysmal and nonexistant.
We were hungry an we stop for a bit to eat. Yummy that is the right spot. The pasta House food was DELICIOUS my goodness this was a treat that sea food pasta was off the chain OH my GOD. YUMMY YUM WITH EXTRA SCALLOPS AN SAUCE , the Cheese garlic bread an the salad was delicious an good AN cold we also order lemon aid an tea . The food was great. So when it was time to leave we wanted a tea AN lemon aid to go BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY TOPS FOR THE DRINKS BUMMER SO WE KEEP IT MOVING. OTHER THAN THE DRINKS, ALL WAS GREAT (A) ANY HOW.
The food was amazing as always. Gabby, our waitress was great! She was very attentive, kept our drinks filled and was on it. All the staff was hustling, especially the girl doing take out orders. I've been coming to this location for 30 plus years and I'll be back. The Clocktower location is the best.
Super yummy!Food is hot and delicious and salad is cold and yummy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Fast service. Deserts are delicious!
