I ordered a pizza and soda and I’ll give it to them it only took an hour for them to deliver JUST the pizza. They said they didn’t have Mountain Dew and that’s why she didn’t bring it. It’s common sense to CALL THE CUSTOMER AND ASK WHAT OTHER TYPE OF SODA WOULD THEY LIKE INSTEAD OF NOT BRINGING ANYTHING!!! She said next time I place an order I can get a “free” soda. Well it’s not free if I already paid for it. I won’t be ordering from here again anyways I have never had a good experience with this location. The pizza isn’t even good and it’s cold. A waist of $30.
horrible customer service. i had to cancel my order before getting it because the pictures people were leaving on their reviews looked disgusting. a rude man answered the phone so aggressive & was getting angry that i was canceling my order. lol never again!#teamdominospizza!
Was happy with the service but not happy that I had an extremely long wait for my order. The customer serivce was outstanding so Im sure this location was just extremely busy that day. My order was prepared properly and was given a free sauce for the wait.
Everything was excellent. The pizza was here in a hastily manner. And the NY style pizza was delicious! I even got a 2 liter Pepsi with my order! Which was a surprise to me!
This pizza was thinner than the paper plate I had it on. It was thinner than Imos pizza. The crust was ridiculously thick. It's like they didn't know how to toss the dough before adding stuff to it. For the money that they charge,this was the most horribly made pizza, and they should be ashamed to sell this to anyone. Not to mention, it looked like I ordered a pizza to only include sauce. There was hardly any cheese, and for us to have ordered 3 toppings, it looked like their were 3 pieces of each meat.
Extremely horrible to the max!!! First off when they say delivered, that means I should've gotten my food right? That wasn't the case. I called the store 15 times, kept hanging up on me. Asked for a refund 1st time, never got it. Called corporate office, they said that they never processed my refund. Called back the second time, asked for my refund, never got it. Just moments ago, called back, the lady manager telling me whoever led me on about my refund, meaning I'm not getting my refund. They tryna remake my order and I said no. I'll never order from that broke down money taking no refunding disrespectful store in my life ever again. Going to corporate again. They needto shut that spot down. PERMANENTLY!!!!
I’m so disappointed. I ordered $62 worth of this warm comfort food (4 pizzas and 2 breadsticks) - we received 3 pizzas, and one breadstick that was covered in some golden goo, definitely not garlic Parmesan. Right away I knew our order wasn’t right, the girl delivering said that it is what they gave her and that she works for door-dash not Papa Johns. I have tried to call the location multiple times with no success only disconnect. The kids wouldn’t eat the pizza since it was a very bizarre situation and the breadsticks looked sus. ??♀️ I need my $62.89 back Papa Johns.
If I could Give this location a 0 trust me I would. Bad service. They hang up on you, and they deliver your pizza 2 hours late after you canceled the order. Do not recommend.
Ordered the new NY pizza and received a regular pepperoni. Called the store and was told “it’s the same thing only stretched out” and tried talking us out of remaking their mistake. Very unprofessional!! This was after calling several times and being hung up on. I get being short staffed but this has nothing to do with that.
Please do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. This place is garbage! It’s ran by unprofessional, no respect teenagers that talk to you any kind of way when you are stating a issue with your order .., kept hanging the phone up on me when I was talking about my problem., unacceptable this place needs new employees or just need to be shut down all together. The app said my food was delivered but it was not when I finally received the food it was cold and dry , wasn’t even cut .., if I could give this restaurant a 0 star rating I would
