Haven't had Papa John's in over 20.years. Received a coupon for a free pizza so of course I took advantage. We were satisfied with the quality and experience. It was ready earlier than expected and I did the contactless pick up from car option, ordered and paid online. Everything was simple. We plan to use this location again in the future.
I would give this place a -10 stars if I had the opportunity! This is the worst pizza experience I've ever had! The Monday night manager is a "dumb _ _ _ _", who hung up on me 8 times before he even said hello! It took a total of 15 calls before someone got the manager on the line! My whole order was messed up. It started out with being asked to rate the driver that my pizza was delivered "NOT"! It didn't arrive till 10 minutes later. Then the pizza did not have the bacon topping on it my jalapeno bites ended up being pepperoni bites and my garlic breadsticks were dried out and old! The only thing that was right in the order was the bottle of Mountain Dew!If anybody knows a number to put in a complaint about this papa John's please share it with me!
Worst Papa Johns location in the STL area. Was told there would be a 50-60 min wait time for 3 pizzas, after an hour and 45 min I called the store and was immediately placed on hold for 20 min before I could say a word. This restaurant needs new management ASAP!
RUDE! Customer service was trash! Placed a pick up order, got there 30 mins later and we told “you have to wait we ain’t wait that, you still want it?” Asked if they can give me an extra garlic sauce for my wait and was told “we can’t do that it’ll be 82¢. Would NOT recommend going to this location.
Zero Stars! How do you screw up an order every time I visit! Three visits, three wrong orders. Done, not returning. Place went from one of the best in the area to straight down the crapper!
When arriving to pick up my pizza my order hadn’t even been placed. The MOD Chris blamed it on the call center for not pushing the order in to their system. So I will have to wait 30 minutes to get the pizza. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience the MOD declined because that was the call centers fault and I will need to contact them. So still in front of him I called the number I dialed to order my pizza and coincidentally the store phone rings and to my surprise he was on the other end of my phone call. Once he realized it was me he began rambling on about sometimes the call center pushes calls and sometimes they don’t. I felt he was being, disceiving and showed no remorse or accountability of the inconvenience. In addition the only reason I came was because my daughters school was hosting a fundraiser there. This experience did not bring a new customer not to mention as I waited I noticed one of the workers with purple long unkept hair dangling to her behind without a net. Very disgusting. I am not please, but I know one thing my baby’s school better had gotten that 20% off that sale.
I wish there was option to give negative number rating. Worst experience, I don't know how they still hold the franchise. Should be ashamed of giving worst service to customers.Delivery takes more than 3-4 hours. Never order delivery from this location.
I just wanted to say that we had a three topping pizza last night and it was the best Papa John's pizza I've ever had. And I think it was because there was more sweet red sauce on it than normal which I'm a fan of. My husband is the one that has always liked Papa John's and last night for the first time I became a big fan. It was very tasty.
This was the worst experience ever. I placed and order for pick up and walked in to the workers making pizza with no gloves, hair hanging all over the food. I waited 10 minutes and watched 5 workers walk past me without help. Worst customer service ever. This place needs to be shut down.
Pizza is great most of the time... However the delivery times are terrible! Took 2 hours to receive my order and then it was only luke warm. Tried to call and check on the order and the phone rings 5 times and then drops the call, no matter which option you choose.
