Terrible customer service. Placed an order and the girl told me that I couldn’t get it bc the were about to close. The restaurant wasn’t due to close for another hour and a half. She began to yell and name call. I called the manager and there was no problem solved. She immediately said she couldn’t have meant any harm. I will never eat here again. There’s a lack of professionalism at this establishment.
My first time eating Panda Express. We got the family meal with chow mein and fried rice. They were both dry and had no flavor. It was the worst fried rice I've ever had and so was the chow mein. I did enjoy the pring rolls. The entrees were okay. The staff were working hard and staying busy so no complaints there, they were doing their best.
They have enough people, and the food is good, but they are very slow. They are fixing the call in food first before the customer standing in front of them. They should have a person do the call ins and a person to take care of the people who are in front of them.
Ordered delivery from their website. Placed the order a little before 5pm, and we were given an ETA of 45-55mins. Our food didn't get here until almost 2 hours after placing our order. Also, I wish they'd update their menu online instead of having dishes listed out, but as you're checking out, they'll make you update your order coz they don't offer those anymore.
We decided to dine with Panda Express because that is what my mother had a taste for . It was our Mothers Day dinner. The food is usually good , but it was horrible today. The Beijing Beef was dry and old . It tasted horrible. I called the store and spoke with someone named Kayla who claimed to be the manager. She stated she could replace the food. We did not want anymore food. If something is not good why would we want more of it, and why do we want to be inconvenienced by coming back to the store. Ms. Kayla got smart and hung up on me. I will be calling the cooperate office first thing in the morning, we won’t be eating here again. I want to add, after contacting the Corporate office, we were given a full refund,
I actually love Panda Express, I will eat it everywhere I go, malls etc. I love it so much I’ve post past pictures of my meals on Facebook saying, my favorite place to eat! I have now to tell u the bad part, I no longer look forward to getting home to eat my food or sneak a bite before I drive off the lot. The noodles are now nasty and they now chop them up making them taste nasty and nothing like the noodles PE is known for. Imma be honest the noodle was my favorite and really what got me to love PE. I’m place so ugly to Wher , who would take a picture now, this looks a mess and not appealing like a fina eat all of this , the first picture ( ugly one), was 05/08/22, this location doesn’t care anymore, until the new one that’s down the road have longer and better noodles and presentation nicer I won’t be back to this one!
Wow, thoroughly enjoyed the food and if you like this style, you will too. Be careful of some dishes you pick as some dishes can be spicy.Overall cleanliness : they do have a clean eating area but the soda fountain was quite messy. If you can look pass it you will thoroughly enjoy this place.
This Panda Express is horrible! I don't know when they changed hands, but they need to change back. You have to give them your order and wait 10-15 minutes for them to fix it! None of the patrons knew what was going on! A hot mess! That's not how Panda Express works! They don't have to worry about me anymore! I'll visit the new one further down where I had a great experience!
Rude and unfriendly worker's food is subpar under cooked. Only fresh and hot when they open the portions differently got smaller??
I went to Panda Express on 2399 N Hwy 67 1/29/2022. There were about 8 employees working behind the counter. Only 1 person was wearing their mask properly; And that was the person taking the payments. All of the employees that were cooking the food, and serving food did not have their nose covered. Everyone was wearing their mask under their nose. We are in a pandemic. Please make all of your employee wear their mask properly. People can still be exposed to Covid and spread Covid from not wearing their make properly. I was so surprised by what I saw that day, and decided not to get food from there. I did not feel safe with everyone breathing on all of the food. I went next door to Chipotle and was happy to see that all of the employees were wearing their mask in an appropriate manner.
