Horrible service..very disrespectful to my boyfriend every single time..he goes inside to pickup our order and the rude so she says "manager" ,will require he show the phone the order was placed from, even though the order was placed through my account...he gives her the number and my name and she pretends to be looking for it and tells him there's no order with that info..he comes out..tells me they can't seem to find it ..again..this was the 3rd time in a row..same employee..same location..1st two times..I gave her the benefit of the doubt and said nothing about it..this time I spoke up and insisted she will not disrespect him again..I walk in..10 seconds later..she NEVER asked me to see my phone or asked my number..I gave my name and she walked right over to it and handed it to me..this time..I asked her what her issue was with allowing my boyfriend to pick it up..and she tries to tell me it's there policy to require seeing the phone it's placed from..which is a flat out lie..bc allll three time she NEVER asked me for iit.shes racist..and I'm done with accepting it..I will NOT EVER spend another penny at this location..EVER!!!!

(Look at photo) Me and my husband ordered from here as we always spend least over 50-60 dollars every-time. We're regulars. This burger was so pink and we can understand mistakes but there was not proper COMPENSATION. He came all the way back up there (w/ gas prices being so high right now) only to be refunded in cash for the burger instead of the whole meal, mind you he had diarrhea for days after. We literally could sue! There for is amazing and all we wanted we compensation to know least this is a good business but ITS BAD BUSINESS. Called them and the manager was suppose to call me and never did. Called back two days later talked to MoMo and he didn't have Mike (the manager) get back with me. It's been two weeks and some days. Called again and a lovely lady named Erica is trying to get a hold of the manager. I love this place but after how this was handle I'll never spend a dime w/ then again. Just know if you ever run into a problem at this place the managers are UNPROFESSIONAL, you will not get fully compensated and they will treat you like they don't care and are unconcerned. The cash register's and mangers also have this policy where they can't give refund but instead give it in cash? Makes no sense. It's scam where they have a system to NOT FULLY COMPENSATE as their STRICTLY penny pinching. So if you coming to just order and get food you better hope it's cooked right. If you run into a problem where somethings wrong with your meal, you might as well just take it as a lose and never order there again. Me and my fiancé are turned OFF BY THE WAY THIS BUSINESS IS RAN!

I would like to say as a business owner that makes over 6 figures that this business just by the walk in is poorly ran I'm a truck driver and also own a entertainment business born in Brooklyn ny and I can tell that this food on this menu and by looks is not New York style food and on account of that I arrived at the store at 1030pm and there was someone in front of me the lady looks at me and says they are not taking no more orders they close at 11 lol I offer a 50.00 tip to make my food because I'm in my semi truck cant drive to no restaurants she says she makes more then that in a hour and walk to the door and kicks me out no sorry or nothing terrible restaurant next time I deliver to the area I'll make sure to tell other truckers to look the other way because of the terrible customer service

I just wish all these food places get it together asap it's terrible you can't get good food anymore. Ordered the pick 2 combo for 13.99 which is too high and not only is the cashier on her phone texting not greeting people properly she can't hear either. You need to hire employees that cares about customers and their food and having customer skills just sad food was cooked right my fish undercooked and shrimp terrible and fries get it together with your restaurant and employees if not don't get other locations to do the same thing. You guys got work to do period. Get new cooks that's trained and know how to cook period ?????

This is the most unprofessional place I every ordered from for one the manager was rude and didn’t listen to the customer concerns I order food and didn’t get what I paid for this is a ribeye sandwich it so soggy and wet I was so disappointed fries were hard I also had another order and wanted a tilapia dinner the lady that took the order never asked did I want baked or fried the tilapia was plain and I spent 35 dollars in Total when I called to let the manager know my concerns she stated that I couldn’t get my money back and she also stated she couldn’t remake my food I would never order from this establishment again just bad customer service and they don’t care about there customers they need to shut this place down

All the New York grills are ran so good the people there are always so nice and happy so glad there's so many of them in the area

We stopped in for lunch The food was delicious. It was seasoned perfectly. We ended up enjoying it so much we went back to get dinner later that evening.

The 1 cashier has poor customer service. She should verify what a customer orders before she collect payment. I think she has a hearing problem.

Getting lazy. Should offer steak well done or raw! Do not offer preference if you're not aware of difference or not familiar with different temps. Customer service sucks when placing orders ie rude, irritates. Loved to visit location on Vaile but again, lazy, rude service.
