Always a problem they forget to put items in the bag , they argue about anything that you tell them is wrong , they don't make your order right , one time I ordered a quarter pounder and it was not cooked all the way through . I ask for for specifics and never get them the first time . I will try not to ever come back , didn't want to come this time but the wife nagged about wanting a small burger.... maybe I should get rid of the wife for making me go there ?
Service ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Everybody either has a bad attitude, doesn’t do their job effectively, or simply just don’t care about customer complaints. Went through the drive thru today everybody was standing around laughing and talking instead of letting me pay for my food. Which was burnt and hard as a rock. There’s no excuse you see what you’re sending out and send out b.s anyway. Never going to this location again.
Manager had the worst attitude and she sells expired deserts like its okay. She messed my order up and was mad I wanted it fixed. She definitely hates her job from the way she treats the customers. That location would be so much better without her I would not recommend
The Manager was very rude!!!! I was there to pick up a door dash order! As normal u give the last 3 numbers of the order which she didn't now anything about. In a rude voice (we don't take delivers after 8pm)!!!!! I asked for the manager and you would believe she said she was the manager!!!!What that being said either she needs to be retained or needs to be looking for a job the makes her a professional customer service!!!!!
The fresh food is the highlight here!!! The manager is amazing! I pointed out somethings needing cleaning out in the lobby and he rectified the situation. I dined in with my children, great friendly environment! Highly recommend this location.
Long wait to cashier. Had to park and wait a long time. Was not given my frozen drink. Had to wait a really long time. Had to gob inside and was told she was making Frozen dessert. I asked for return. The manager stated "I'm tired of all of these refunds today". I just ordered a soda instead. Everytime I go there, it's some kind of problem.
This is the worst establishment I have experienced in a very long time. They open when they want to although they are supposedly open until 9:00pm. They stop taking orders in the drive through on a dime during business hours, no working phone at the location, I called. No managers on site, so nobody is held accountable for the foolishness that goes on there. I spoke to Ms. Ray who was also a joke, she offered coupons for my BAD experience and they never did reach me. I called corporate after my second experience, I got someone just as unprofessional and argumentative about my complaints, always countering. It’s simple, if you want a decent experience, DON’T go there!!! Their service STINKS and what’s sad is they don’t care!!
This McDonald's was fine and faster than all the others I've been to but with saying that they mistaken a 13 tote of cookies for 1 pack of 3 cookies so I had to turn around and go back to get them. But i can say everything was hot and the tote of cookies where super fresh freshly baked so I was pretty satisfied with their efforts and food.
Clearly people have never worked fast food and know what dinner rush us. As I was standing waiting for my food I witnessed a few upset customers because it took too long to get their food. It's 5pm and others are hungry too. The managers and workers did a excellent job at maintaining a positive attitude and delivering food in a timely manner considering the buildings line was wrapped around maybe 2 times if not more. I wanted the team to know that some do witness your hard work. Thank you
2 people in the drive thru other than myself. I only ordered beverages and a medium fry. The beverages are incorrect. They also didn't bother to put any straws in the bag w the fry :) 5 drinks, 0 straws, and the beverages are the incorrect type. Honestly surprised the bag had a medium fry in it
