This has to be the world's worst McDonald's. Tried to go through the drive thru, but couldn't get waited on. There was ONE car at the pickup window and that was it. Less than 6 cars on the lot all together. I sat at the order screen for several minutes, enough that I should of been done with the whole process. NO ONE EVER ACKNOWLEDGED I WAS THERE, MUCH LESS TOOK MY ORDER. When I got tired of waiting and left, there were two employees in the drive thru. NEVER going back.
Mobile order was accurate and fast. Everything was hot except the fries but they tasted good with just enough salt and not bland like some Mickey D's serve fries.
Normally this location is on point with everything, but today they were off way off. For starters their line was backed up for 20 min, not a soul said anything on the mic.. we just sat there. We sat so long and couldn’t get out because there was that many cars, so I called into the store to see if anyone was working.The manager then said we can see the line but we are short staffed and we have Doordash orders. That is clearly understandable for you not to even acknowledge the drive through and you have the nerve not to have most of the items on the menu, plus the attitude. Your GM needs to speak with you !
All the McDonald’s in the area are bad but this location is the WORST. The employees are rude and will yell at you for no reason other than they don’t want to be there. Not only that the food is horrible every time. They don’t wear gloves when cooking. I don’t know where their hands have been. Unless you want food poisoning and poor service avoid this McDonald’s at all cost. It’s filled with teenagers who think they are entitled and should be on a pedestal
Everytimes my family goes here we have issues. This is not the first time we have gotten sandwiches with raw meat! To make it right they want me to come back to for them to remake the sandwich, I don't have time to come back thru, the whole reason we stopped to get food in the first place..
Thoroughly disappointed from the extremely poor service to the barely lukewarm double cheeseburger that was sliding off and smeared in mustard. Speaking as someone who’s experienced working at a McDonald’s as a first job for 2 years, this doesn’t meet the standard at all and I genuinely regret spending my money at McDonald’s in florissant on shackleford. It pains me to leave a negative review especially considering the few I’ve left have been nothing but positive and it takes a lot for me to be disappointed. I’m not opposed to visiting again if ever in the area in need something quick if assured a complete opposite experience than this time.
The only reason why I go to this McDonald’s is because it’s close to home basically across the street… But I swear they need new management in this place… Was there tonight for 4-22-2022… I wanted to give a date so that maybe somebody in management or corporate reads this they would know what day it was. When I got home I opened my big Mac and noticed that the cheese was half of the burger… Which is the first photo… I opened the burger up and noticed my surprise when I looked at the burger. WTF…
The worst McDonalds location I have ever been to. Every single time we go we are missing an item or items and the food is always old or overcooked. Today's order we didn't get fries for our meal and instead of sweet tea we got a cup of cold coffee. The burgers, chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches were all dried out and old. This happens every. Single. Time. Definitely need new staff ASAP.
I went here b4 work 5/6/2022 and waited almost 25 minutes to order and get a quarter pounder with cheese that was lukewarm, but the double cheeseburger was the worst I've ever had at McDonald's. It wasn't warm, the bread wasn't toasted, way too much onion, and the meat was not seasoned. I took 1 bite from the double chz burger and threw it away. It was disgusting!!! Won't b back!!!
4pm, waited 30 minutes stuck in drive thru while not one order was taken, after enough people left without ordering I was able to get out also. I literally watched at a minimum 13 cars drive off and it was probably more than that. Heard them tell the person at the speaker they could go somewhere else when they said hello into the speaker. The last time I will go to this location, always some type of issue. Last time I went they didn't put the burger on my daughter's cheeseburger. ???
