I was so disappointed. This location used to be top notch a few years ago. I generally don't frequent fast food restaurants, but my granddaughter and her playmate wanted McDonald's. The service was poor, the restaurant was not clean, and the food was not good. The fries, which is always the best part of the meal, were overcooked in old grease. It was terrible. I will not be back!
Food was stone cold and old plus my sweet tea was old and tasted like metal. I got no napkins or condiments. I hate going to McDonald's at night. There is only kids with no professionalism or a suitable professional supervisor either. There is no accountability whatsoever. The drive thru is ridiculously slow and they had adequate staffing so speediest was not even a priority.
Seems like they always short us on something. Manager has a bad attitude as well. This time I got a free 10 peace with the app for my wife and I got a 20 peace. Got home and it was 10 peace, but also a 10 peace inside of the 20 peace box. I just delt with the 10 peace, because the missing 10 peace was free.
Horrible , I gave up mcdonalds but of course kids want what they want went through the drive thru they gave me my drinks told me to pull up waited 15 min went inside they had no knowledge of the order I just paid for and was waiting for outside.. haha now the kids are giving it up to! 35 min waiting for a #7 was stupid on my part ? there won't be a next time.
The restaurant was neat and clean I give three stars because it was my daughter's birthday and they have the nice playground that's been remodeled but never let any kids play all you ever see is Staff over eating and taking a break like what did you guys build the plays area 4 if the kids can't ever play in it
This is no longer considered fast food at this point, the employees are lazy to the point they take 2 orders at a time every day they complain about being short staffed that’s why we are waiting literally 25+ minutes in drive thru! You Midas well go to Applebees or ihop and wait on some fresh hot food. Door dashing from here if u get a 5$ door dash and waiting in line for 30 that mean you subject to only make 10$ per hr yet the employees here get paid more to do less and the slow service is intentional all the staff is in on this hoping that if customers wait so long that they’ll leave but if there’s no money coming In and they are short staffed every day WHY IS THIS PLACE OPEN!!?? And yes I eat here often because it’s close and be the only thing open at 2am when I clock out but I’m definitely going to start doing more grocery shopping and making my own lunch if I have to spend all my money nd time for this weakest customer service of all restaurants even local out of home businesses have faster and better customer service than this…. THE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THE OWNERS OF THIS RESTAURANT DONT..??
I will never come to this location again. The manager (Rashad) is known for being under the influence of multiple drugs. They are also ants and other infestations within the location. I have been living in Florissant for 10+ years and I have never seen it in such a terrible condition.
ew. I almost cried receiving this burger. its burnt. the cheese? very disturbing. Dry burger. One star for everything
This franchise has got to be the worst one I have ever experienced. They are so slow and they make ample mistakes even after clearly hearing orders. One minute they open and the next they are closed. It's always something. Not only that butEvery mc Donald's on north Lindbergh is slow paced and it doesn't matter the time of day. Why call if fast food.
Excellent service had a pretty large order got me in and out and under 10 minutes very nice ladies at the front seem like had a veteran crew everybody was friendly and smiling excellent service
