I got my son a 4 piece chicken nugget Happy Meal. We got home and his chicken nuggets weren’t in there and the apples were expired. Today is July 13, 2022 ??♀️
Lunchtime.. 12pm ish.. driver thru order #19. $5 big Mac meal. Asked for No onions no lettuce..took all this off my big mac which caused me to lose my mac sauce.my nuggets were extra dry..the coke no ice.oreo mcflurry and ? all great tho..customer service was good too.
Food home kids fed and my burger was Pink inside tried to salvage by microwave but realized… umm they are not doing their job!! Called asked for manager… no name given to me and got hung up on;) Great!! Called back and Betty answered… I don’t want to come back for food just pay attention and make sure the employees are doing what they are suppose to do and getting paid for… Law suits for salmonella heading your way…I’m glad Betty was willing to talk to me and make sure people do not get sick… Betty deserves 5 stars ⭐️ for being a great employee and not hanging up… Hopefully she gets a raise after this because the other employees… apparently are not doing their job..
I do not understand why I torture myself with McDonald's.I don't eat the food but my daughter loves it. So I try to keep it simple this timeJust two regular strawberry shakes. We waited over 15 minutes in line only to have to remind the young lady at window what we ordered.She had to go make it. What we got was a shake but strawberry wasn't the flavor neither was vanilla. We tried to determine what it was and decided it was vanilla with just a hint of strawberry ?Mine ended up in the trash.I cannot stand McDonald's. The two restaurants by my house have closed down. More should follow?
Pre pandemic this location was at the very least, able to get you through the drive thru in a timely manner. Now expect to wait 20 minutes in the morning just to place your order. Expect to be handed your food with attitude. No "thank you". Avoid this location
"Doordash orders only" at 9:30pm on a weekday, then on saturday at 4pm got into the drivethru, got to the ordering position a 4:12pm and proceded to sit for 15 minutes with no "we will be right with you" or "please wait a moment" just sheer and utter silence. How is this place still open if its a staffing issue take the staff from this one and join them to the store down the street to make one fully staffed location.
I just don't have the taste for the beef an chicken most times anymore.
Lazy drive-thru employees didn't take orders for a solid 10 minutes and then closed an hour early. May 24th. Hire better workers

Extremely inconvenient location to get into based on how the roads are set up, if you are following the advice of a mapping app make sure you pay attention to the actual posted signs.Despite this they were slammed and behind on orders when I arrived. Not much to say about the experience otherwise. Food was as ordered when it finally was ready. But between the road layout and the fact that they were behind even during what I consider an off-hour I'd recommend anyone who has a little bit more time hit the two other McDonald's just down the road a mile or so on either side of it on 67. Both of those are much easier to get into and seem to have more staffing and quicker turn around.
