Every time I give this place a chance, they never fail to disappoint. Disgusting! Today I was treated with worse customer service I ever experienced. When I got home I my sandwich was thrown together. If you all didn’t want my money you could have just told me. But the message received.
Worst location I’ve ever been to. Waited 30 minutes for my food and they were out of the salad i ordered but never notified me until i asked was my order ready. The cooks were in the back laughing and playing. Very unorganized i won’t be back.
I order the same thing every time. They keep forgetting to put chicken, avocado, or both in my Southwest Chicken salad. I’ll use the other location.
Was during lunch time was very busy we got to go I came in to get it and I could see there was chaos but I was just using my patience and waited and then cut it out my name to see if one of the to go orders online or mine it was so I took my order and left it was okay I look like they were just short staffed the food was good

I had the Reuben and mustard potatoes salad. The Reuben was refrigerator temp, the potato salad was ok. Disappointed!
After a 45 minute wait, you tell me this is what I get?? One thin piece of turkey?? This is completely ridiculous, and after waiting on hold for another 15 minutes is was told “well that’s what it is” You all really need to relook at customer service
There's always great, and they are always professional, had a small glitch in our meal that my daughter was eating, a salad, they immediately corrected it so with that they earned my trust they earn my business for life and what the quality of food that they serve it was a no-brainer
Over an hour for soup and a piece of cake which I had to ask for more than once. For in store dining was given carry out bowl - never served. Need organization and workers. To go orders take preference
