Food was great & inexpensive. They were crowded because of a large party which left our Birthday party waiting for a table w/ minors. Not a long wait at 6pm dinner time though. Worth the wait!
The waitress was very nice and good. The food was average. The wait time for the food was ridiculous. Maybe it's because we had a big party but we waited almost an hour for our food.
We have been here once in the past and the wings were good as I remember them, but we came here around 7:30 on St. Patrick's day and I would say it was a "meh" experience. I'm guessing it was due to the holiday, but they were out of a lot of appetizers and sides, and still didn't get one of my sides right. Plates are worded funny. It says it comes with two sides and lists chips and slaw on the menu for the plate, but I guess those are just recommendations. Broccoli was well seasoned and beer cheese good, but nothing to rave home about. I guess I'd be willing to try it again, but with the expectation to go for wings and beer, probably not the other dishes.
Always great food..service is also awesome. I gave 4 stars becuz I still need to try more things on the menu.
The food is great. They give you plenty and it's fulfilling.The problem is the service. ??♀️Here you'll see your server talking to other servers while you're waiting on drinks and food. They messed my order up 3 times. If I wasn't so hungry or other ppl in my party haven't gotten their food already, I definitely would've left. I used to like this place, now I'm not so sure after this last visit. I prolly won't be back. ?
I visited this restaurant and ordered the fish and chips! It was DELICIOUS!!! ? I was so excited because for some reason fish has not been done when I've ordered it at other restaurants.I coupled it with a dinner salad, broccoli and fries. I'm full!Happy to return.
These are the mini corn dogs I got in my to go order. I called to get a refund and they would only give me a credit. Our wraps were good, but I can’t believe anyone would serve these.
The bourbon sirloin is phenomenal, I've been to multiple locations and none of them disappoint, but there's something about the Original that just feels like home.
This was my first time back here here in years. I went about two weeks ago and the service was terrible. The server was frustrated and took it out on my party. After about an hour for waiting for our food it was extremely cold and we let her know she took the food and said “is that all?” When she walked away she threw the food on another table and kept going. I didn’t appreciate that since our party had been waiting patiently. I spoke to another employee and overheard her talking to the owners saying that there’s a customer complaint. The owner stated “well what does she want? I’m busy.” Again, another member non apologetic to what’s going on. The second staff took my name and number down so that the owner could call me. I never received a call. However, the 2nd staff that listened to the complaint was willing to comp some of my meal with I appreciate her attempting to make things right.
Took family for lunch. Great service and food. Had the steak sandwich on cheesey bread, fries and dinner salad. Went for breakfast, but it stopped at 11 am so had lunch instead, and was not disappointed.
