This had been he only place we would order pizza from for years. The actual food is always great but.... The past year and a half we had several bad experiences with orders not being delivered or 'lost' or waiting more than an hour past the pickup time. They went from 5 stars down to one but it seems that they are making a comeback in the last couple months. If they continue improving back to how they used to be I'll revise the rating back to 5 stars.
This place is a hidden gem. The pizza ingredients taste fresh and so does the dough. They have some pretty good deals, too.
I would give it 4 out of 5 stars because their pizzas are really good, but when I decided to pick it up myself after waiting 30 minutes for it to be ready I had to wait unnecessarily for another 15 minutes. When I arrived there was no other customers there. I explained the reason I was there to pick up my order. For some reason at first he couldn't find me in their database but he then found it as other customers started coming in. My order was sitting on the shelf and he then ignored me and started helping other customers who were behind me. After I complained to another worker who approached to help I angrily stated that I've been waiting to get my order which has been 45 minutes now after I initially ordered over the phone. Only then did the original worker whom I spoke to looked behind him and gave me my order. Very, very strange !
Has absolutely gone downhill. Super slow delivery times. Ordered at 630 and is now 830 and still isn't even here or on its way had to call and cancel our order as at that point we just got other food. Very very dissapointing as at one point this store had great service and food and now has fallen so far. Terrible waste of time
Fantastic Experience!! Pizza and cheesy breadsticks were ready fast. Food was hot and delicious. Staff was friendly and courteous. Pizza was really good, but oh my goodness, treat yourself to cheesy breadsticks.
The food was over cold when it arrived, the delivery guy left my drinks and when I called to get a refund on the drinks the employee who answered stayed no deliveries had been made to our address. Needless to say I took everything back and received a full refund
Good pizza, but my main concern is the employees not wearing gloves of any kind while making pizzas.Not a good look.
1st time buying our pizza. Only thing they need to spread the vegetables al around the pizza, not in the center
I usually love the service here. I ordered a pizza today and when i called to see when it was going to be delivered she told me we don't have anything for you. She didn't even bother to ask my name or address. So when she said nothing came through for online orders i told her it charged my card and she said oh I'm sorry. I gave her my address and she said "oh, its actually on its way." She then hung up on me.
It never fails. There is always a problem with delivery and then they promise to add a credit to my account but I've never used it because I'm sick of the inconsistencies. They could do better the staff just chooses not to.
