Changing from 5 to 1. Easy to ruin good impressions. Lied about to go order being done, blamed ‘the system’ for giving away food to wrong people. So much for making it easy on you by prepaying an online pickup order if you guys just screw those up too.
I haven't had Little Caesars in about 10 years and for quick pretty decent tasting Pizza it hits the spot. I was pleasantly surprised that it doesn't taste like the cardboard Pizza I used to eat when I was younger lol
It was really easy. I just ordered in the app and they gave me a code, walked to the store and typed it in, the tray opened up with my food, i grabbed it and left.
I went in here to try the new stuffed crazy bread and it was great! It was made to order and very fresh. The customer service was great as well. I feel like good customer service is lacking in so many places and it is nice to know that some places haven't forgotten what it is.
I would like to mention your sad excuse of employees (three males) do not need to be working. Absolutely horrid customer service and rude. Who the hell lies and has a taunting ignorant attitude and then waves out the window at customers and smirk because they failed to say when the place closed even AFTER an order was made? YES we were 2 mins past the apparent 930pm close time. But it was NOT made known over the phone what closing time was. Either way, whether we were 2 mins past it. The rudeness was unnecessary.
My favorite store hands down. The entire place was so awesome. The employees was young but they was very professional Very welcoming and young man at the register was very attentive, courteous and the pizza was hot, fresh and delicious for a change. The young man even ran it out when the order was ready! I wish every store was like that one.
Extra most bestest not so extra or bestest.(results may vary).Update: stick with the thin crust or stuffed crust. It's seems they make the cheapest pizza look the worst on purpose. Talk about up selling without saying a word.
Sooooo... let me just start with this. Almost every food place I’ve gone to recently has had absolutely terrible service. And I RARELY ever leave reviews.... But purchasing food from here today was amazing. Kyle and Vince took AMAZING care of me and my girl tonight. I’ve been managing food and retail for almost the last 4-5 years now and Kyle genuinely has great people skills. Thank you guys for showing me such amazing customer service.
Cheap pizza is the best pizza. There is no other national chain worth eating at, they might as well shut their doors. No one can compete. All hail Caesar!
Its a shame that I have to write a review about the store in a negative way, so I'll direct the blame where it belongs. Corporate has a contract with Doordash and I was completely unaware during my order that this is their method of delivery. I've had issues with Doordash in the past, and this time around proved my point. The delivery was well over an hour and the delivery guy tried to dump my order on the porch and ditch. Fortunately, my ring doorbell alerted me to his presence and I went out my front door to do the exchange, he made an excuse that "the store failed to give him the pizzas I ordered" however, he had the 2 other items. I then called the store, and was told by the clerk the guy grabbed the bag with our name on it and just basically took off, they even tried telling him he was missing stuff and he basically just blew the joint. He tried telling me he was going to make it right and go get my stuff, we checked email 2 min later and he listed the order as delivered. He never came back, after 30 more min, i went up to the store and was told all this again by the staff. Doordash is complete and total trash, and little caesars needs to dump them like a bad date. Icing on the cake: the customer service dept guy said my order was to be refunded, it can take 7-10 business days and im now on day 10 of no refund. I'm expecting these jerks to walk away with my money even after they promised to give it back. I even said i would be fine if they gave back only doordash's ridiculously overpriced delivery fees. (since they basically were braindead and did not do their job) Next step is a lovely bbb review and as much bad press as possible.
