This is my local store and it used to be fabulous but I don't know what's going on lately. Things are out of stock and soggy crispy chicken. We go to st. Charles or a west Florissant now and this location is only a few minutes from our home.
I hate to do this I worked for Lee's and I have never seen Gizzards and chicken strips cook cook the wrong way you are supposed to dip them and crispy flour dip and put in famous floor you are supposed to check the Gizzards for Is bile sacks they are not doing that and they are cooking wrong be careful eating at this location
Today I ordered 6pcwings and potatoe wedges. Everything was cold. I came around 2pm. Think they opened around 10am. But my food tastes like it's been sitting around since 8am that morning. Lee's, this is food we're serving not ?candy. So please do better!!! Or turn the heat lamps on if u can't cook everything to order. Had to come home and reheat it all In the oven. And I thought everyone should know when they consider to eat from here......
Personally I would have rated one star but the managers are very cooperative and gave me a full refund. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this restaurant. Just make sure you check your food before you drive off cause I’ve also had issues to where my chicken wasn’t cooked all the way.
Stopped to get a 5pc wing meal. Don’t know where you got these wings from, but they tasted not looked anything like Lee’s crispy chicken. Usually always on the mark, but today, I don’t know what happened, but I’m very disappointed.
We went for mothers day and when I say the food was fresh and hot I mean very good and fresh.
The rudest dirtiest nastiest thug infested restaurant in Florissant!! Never get what you pay for, have trouble getting it replacement. Food always stale and or reheated. Don't waste your time gas or MONEY!!!!! BEWARE !!!!THERE'S A KFC, CHIC FILA AND CHURCH'S CHICKEN ON THE SAME N HWY67 WHO TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS A WHOLE LOT BETTER!!!! THE mANaGER has issues and is very disappointing disrespectful!!!! Don't eat at this THUGAURANT!!!!
Generally I have a good experience with the food and service but today at roughly 11:35 am the person who waited on me at the front counter was very dry and not personable. Maybe she shouldn't be at the front or needs more service training. The food though came up very quickly and looks tasty!
Food was cold didn't complain because the cook was already complaining about the people in the drive threw won't go again
Pros:Tables were clean. Staff was friendly.Chicken strips were good.Cons:Chicken strips were barely warm and slightly soggy. the corn was over cooked, and the Mac n Cheese sauce was very thin and runny.
