Pastries aré superbly delicious… the owners are extremely nice and kind. Brought some home all the way to Canada!
Highly recommend visiting this shop when you’re at Missouri. I love all their pastries! The macarons are to die for! We even ship it all the way here in the Philippines and it’s hand-carried in the plane. The chefs will make your sweet dreams come true! ❤️
Every time I visit Missouri, I would make sure that I'd visit this place. The ambiance and how the owner decorated the place, it is just a bonus, oohhh their cakes are to die for. Occasionally they also offer asian cuisine for lunch which I think is brilliant. I hope to come back next year.
The place is truly a feast for the senses: the Paris themed decor, colorful pastries and cakes, delectable and delicious goodies, and the welcoming personnel upon entering the premises. Will return as soon as I am able to.
All the people working in the bakery are so friendly and kind. Food is exquisite– just hands down, really.
Not that the business owner is threatening me. You are as unprofessional as the cake you presented. You don’t want no smoke with me. You are handling this situation with little care and concern instead of being a professional. If a customer is unsatisfied with a product, and voices their concerns, you don’t jump down their throat and blame them and threaten their supportive friends. You have a lot to learn as far as running a business. DONT YOU EVER threaten me or my friends again!! And it’s funny because you were so adamant about posting complaints right away but here you are commenting on my week old complaint today. Isn’t that the pot calling the kettle black
The business owner is very unprofessional. My friend ordered a rose gold cake for her 30th and the cake turned out bubble gum pink. The topper decorations weren’t rose gold but instead, brown with sparkles. Even after we contacted the owner, she chose to handle the situation with little care and was very rude with their response. It’s unfortunate that this business chose to treat us this way. Would not recommend.
NEW HORRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE cake design. Cake was supposed to be rose gold and instead was Pepto-Bismol pink. The macaroons were brown and looked burnt and were also supposed to be rose gold. Email to the company resulted in insults as attached below, after clearly it was explained that the birthday girl had 1 hour before her party and no time to resolve her obvious concerns. Don’t waste your special day on this rude company that will take ZERO responsibility for the screw up. Awful treatment in response to a mature email with supported complaints.
I have found a happy place. 10/10 recommend, elegant, relaxing, peaceful. Customer service is amazing. Food pastries tea is deliciously delicious!
The shop is absolutely darling but the quality, presentation and taste of the desserts are the best in STL
