Horrible experience with order & service!!The manager who claimed to be the manager had no control over sarcastic staff nor was able to fulfill orders completely and timely. They are out chicken upon every visit, out of fries that come with meals, slow w/preparation, unwilling to offer a reasonable substitutes and offer genuine apologies. Today when asked to increase a Med drink to a Large one since they were out of fries, the Manager said no and walked away. What reasonable and decent person does that? The Manager, staff and restaurant are a reflection of pure ridiculousness and unprofessional behavior that doesn’t belong in our community! A complete waste of time and zero stars would be appropriate.
Although most of the workers look tired every time I go, they are not rude. I appreciate their hard work, and effort to service the customers with having a bad attitude. The food is always fresh, and hot. Keep up the good work.
I ordered a 12 piece family meal and received only 8 pieces of chicken. I guess someone forgot to take off their shoes so they would know the difference in the count! No call back number to contact, that doesn't go directly into voicemail. I guess I should have held up the line and counted each piece before heading home. Good help IS so hard to find now!
Chicken was not the usual crispy. Too crunchy the wings were dry and over cooked fries were burnt. They are not cooking the original crispy chicken. The worst chicken I ever had. The food is TRASH!!! The appearance was horrible!!! The batter is HORRIBLE!!!
Too long of a wait in the drive thru. Chicken sandwiches were absolutely horrible. Our dog enjoyed them because I couldn't eat it. Just a waste of money.

I hadn't been there in years. I could only order at the drive thru which was full.
It was the worst experience I ever had. I waited in line for half an hour along with 10 other cars. When I got up to order my food she said hold on a minute or shorthanded. Then 5 or 10 minutes later she said we're closed. We're out of food. If they were running out of food they should have let somebody know instead of waiting in line for half an hour.
Attempted to order food through drive through after waiting over 30mins and was met with the rudest customer service I’ve received on this side of the Mississippi. Like it was such a inconvenience to take our order … we simply left. This was after an experience where there was no chicken in our famous bowls. Shall not be returning.
“ Answer your phone for crying out loud!” This particular store deserves a zero star. Its is so sad, every single review for this store is awful. The higher-ups needs to fire every single person in this store especially management! If you can’t do your job, quit! Every time I call no one answers the phone, they can’t be that busy on a Wednesday evening! Colonel Sanders would turn in his grave!
