Horrible customer service.Placed an order for 5 meals-got home and realized the turkey ribs and Mac and cheese were not in the bag. When I went back to the restaurant instead of the supervisor/owner offering an apology she interrogated me as if I was lying about the order being incorrect. Kept asking over and over “are you sure???” As if I would lie over a $15 order.? Horrible service, mediocre food. Save yourself the aggravation and eat somewhere else.
Honestly Honestly Honestly . My favorite hobby is eating , literally. This place was not good . I got the lemon pepper wings WHEN I SAYYYYYY … IT WAS SO SALTY . I couldn’t even enjoy it. So much lemon and salt …. Then we had the Sweet and Hot wings , those where so nasty. Thennnnn… we got the loaded waffle fries. French fries were half done and so trifling they put more jalapeños on it and fries. Too much cheese . THE ONLY THING GOOD WAS THE MAC AND CHEESE . AND MY PEPSI. I’ll give them credit on that. $34 dollars down the drain .
I’m I the last person on earth to try them? My food is delicious. It was hot fresh and filling. I ordered the turkey ribs, sweet potatoes, cabbage and cornbread. I can’t eat it all. Went here spent 106 and some change for 5 turkey leg plates 2 extra sides and a loaded waffle fries. They did not give me all my food so I called back the same day and they said they cannot give me the turkey leg because I didn’t have a receipt however technically I have a receipt on my phone which the cashier might of not given me a receipt. I’m spending that much money and can’t get all my food they won’t run the camera they won’t take the receipt on my phone and you can speak to no manager which is ridiculous. Since it’s Covid a paperless receipt should work just fine

This was absolutely delicious. My 1st order mac n cheese, string beans and turkey chop sandwich all excellent, flavorful, portions great and price great. I definitely will order again and again if they keep this up. These string beans in can eat by themselves.
