Freaky Slow! Placed an online order and it took almost 2 hours. Inside is filthy. Customer service was good though, but maybe that’s because they had obviously just smoked some weed.
Usually great service… went tonight to pick up my order with two sandwiches, waited at the speaker for 10min before just pulling upto the window and sitting for another 20 min before going inside to pickup an online order.. 5 staff members on the inside l. One even walked upto the drive thru window multiple times and didn’t open the window to help us
Great sandwiches. Whether we call for delivery or stop in, it's a good lunch.Dietary restrictions: If you're counting carbs, the unwich is a good choice.
The staff is always nice and welcoming. They are really kind, I love coming here.
Sandwich was good. Food was delivered in a reasonable time frame. Got 2 drinks didn't order no ice. Had no ice in my Tea.
Used to be freaky fast now the are regular. Still not as slow as fast food chains but chick fil a might have them beat.

Freaky slow. Ordered one sandwich, that's it. Their shirts and slogan is "Subs so fast you'll freak." Maybe when they first came to town, but now, this location especially, FREAKING SLOW. Slower than Subway, if that's possible. UPDATE - went back on 1/6/22 and got a sandwich with stale bread. This place has really gone down hill.
Jimmy John literally advertises freaky fast delivery however, the last three times I’ve ordered it’s taking over a hour to get my order. I understand being short staff or busy but even a pizza is delivered within the hour! This is cold food we’re talking about smh. After speaking to a manager about my wait there was no compensation/accommodations made. Not even an apology. Customer service is just not what it use to be.
Drivers always polite, food is usually as ordered. But there is nothing freaky fast about a 1 hour wait for cold style deli sandwich. Not even pizza takes that long and it has to at least cook. Not sure if due to lack of drivers or what the issue is but very disappointing and frustrating
