The one I'm speaking of below is the one on Lindbergh and Thunderbird.Every time I come to this location there's a different excuse. A shift change at 8:20 when they close at 10, in the morning not a person in line, but I'm told they're only doing online orders which makes no sense. They seriously need to consider hiring people that actually want to work
For starters, if you have a business advertised as 24 hours and a customer comes to your parking lot at 9PM just to have the DriveThru worker say we’re closed not sorry we’re closed or anything half way respectful and when you ask why is it that you’re closed so early? Just to be met with even more attitude is ridiculous! The Night Manager laughing in the background as well it’s a shame that such worthless employees are employed at a place that was Hereforto my go to for a late night snack. The munchie meals aren’t even available for purchase until after 9pm so why are you closed. Maybe if you took off your open sign and explained to customers why you’re closed instead of having attitude it would be better received! Worst Jbox in STL and the saddest bunch of employees I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with
Love me some jack in the box when I go back home which is in St Louis Missouri up here up north they don't know where Jack in the box is I grew up on Jack in The box phone is Jack the tacos it's forever more but Jack in the box only missing one thing from the old days that's that lemon pie but other than that they get always to get a five from me

This place is ridiculous. I ordered a pink lemonade and the cashier gave me a regular lemonade. When I asked her to fix it she told me no... they to backed up!!... crazy how when you finally get someone to take your order at this location they don't even have the decency to make it right. Also this location advertises an open 24 hour drive thru but after 10 it's a wrap. You will be presented with some type of excuse as to why they are unwilling to cook any food.
