Overall the experience was ok. Restaurants with drive through service should consider washing off the ledge (inside and outside) at the pick up window.
Yet another location that apparently closes hours earlier than both google and the hours of operation sign posted on their own building list. Extremely subpar standards, get your act together Jack.

I was the 3rd car in line. It took approximately 30 minutes before I got to the window to get my food. Very slow.
Even though this location was short staffed, they had people coming and going. My order was hot, and correct. Jack in the box pay your staff, pay those who are trying to keep you going.

When 8 arrived at the drive thru, the Drive thru person told me my cost but not my order. When she handed me my drink I reach for it and she pulled it away and walked off. She returned with a drink and handed it to me put never explained why she walked off.
