I ordered a pizza Saturday 6-18 and was told the pizza would be 45 mins to a hour. 2 hours later still no pizza. I called and was told the driver canceled the delivery but they couldn't tell me why. Now in order to get another pizza I would have to pay for it but the 1ST PIZZA WON'T BE REFUNDED TO MY CARD FOR FOR 3 DAYS!!.So I went in today and spoke with the store manager Joe who was VERY Unprofessional. I told him the way the problem was handled was horrible and his response to me was " PEOPLE ALWAYS TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR FREE"! Coming from a white man talking to a black man can be taking many different ways.I was offended as if I was trying to beat Imos out of a $27 pizza. I will be reaching out to corporate about this!! I DON'T DO REVIEWS BUT FELT OBLIGATED TO PUT THIS OUT SEEING THAT JOE FEEL LIKE "WE" ALWAYS WANT SOMETHING FOR FREE!!!
Other than the prices I have no issues. I am lactose intolerant and imo's doesn't give me a stomach ache so I would say they have the best ingredients.
They are usually always efficient and gets the orders right. Could be a little nicer but I don't care about so much about the small chat as long as my food is right.
I have previously had pretty good results with this location. It is close to my house and I thought it would be a good fit for my bud schedule tonight. I ordered the pizza by phone, came to pickup after the advised pickup time, was allowed to pay and tip (quite well), only to find out they never made my pizza. How hard is this? Come on IMO’s!!!
Service was great. They were really nice. And the pizza was good. Ravioli was on point.
The only reason I did not give this location a 5 star is because they are hit or miss when you order on line if your pizza is ready on time. Sometimes it is ready and hot other times it seems like it has been sitting for a long time and it is cold.
If I could give them a Negative Star I would...No supervision, totally unprofessional.. Employees arguing with each other, nearly coming to blows...This is my last time coming here. Too many kid's, no adults....
When I placed my order over the phone I shared with the manager the price that's showing on their website which is NOT STATING ON LINE ORDERS..she said OK...SO I assumed for customer satisfaction she charged me the price on the website...NO.....she charged me 4.00 more...thanks to her rudeness and attitude ( she simply walked away while I was talking)...I illw Never purchase anything from this location
I have never had a bad experience. Great customer service and food. Dining hall is always clean.
Food never done properly. I ordered my food at 5 requesting it be ready by 7. I didn't get my food until after 8. Staff cuss at customers. Worst customer service
