Ordered pizza at 4:46... was told it would be 15 mins for us to pick up. We pulled in at 5:02. They brought out 5-6 other orders before ours so I finally asked a worker to check on ours since it’s 5:34 and we have no pizza. He brought both out and said he was sorry. Both pizzas cold (why wouldn’t they be they’ve been sitting there for an extra 20 minutes or more) plus I asked them to PULL both pizzas early from oven because I’m tired of ordering pizza and getting back all the way to my house and having burnt Imo‘s pizza. I get home with my cold pizza and it’s burnt, UGH ! ? I just want hot, cheesy not burnt pizza, why is that so hard to ask for. I keep telling myself I’m going to another, BETTER pizza chain but we like their pizza so much I keep giving it a try I think I’ll be done for a while because this is about the fourth time in a row that I’ve asked to pull early and we still end up with burnt pizza
First of all I tried to do the right thing and tip the 15% .. But then I get slapped in the face … because I specifically put in the notes do not ring the bell because we have a dog that goes absolutely wild with the doorbell… So guess what .. he rang the bell…I even asked him if he read the notes and showed him the ticket and he advised he did not read the notes… So much for my 15% .. As far as the food goes can anybody please tell me have they changed their sauce or not … because this was the spiciest pizza I have ever gotten from Imos … ordered a large with pepperoni and sausage … also as it was the last couple times I’ve ordered they do not cut the pieces all the way through therefore you either have to cut it yourself or pull them apart if you don’t have any way of cutting them… I also order it well done because if you don’t then the dough is sticking to the box when you get it…Imos Quality control is going downhill…
Even though the driver left part of my order behind I still was trying to tip him $5.00 but he snatched my money and was rude won't order anything from here again.

It's good if you pick it up,delivery is hit and miss....update 1/6/22 delivery was definitely a miss today ,my cheese fries were not edible,the other food I ordered was fine
Called to ask about the free pizza for your birthday & just wanted to see if the still honored them & they hung up on me lol. All I could do was laugh. So I’ll take that as a NO & will spend my money with Pizza Hut ??
90 percent of the time good they have good customer service.Update: ok so I’m editing my 5 star review to a 2 star review. I really looked forward to getting this pizza tonight since I hadn’t had it in a while and it will be a while before I have a again. I Order 66 dollars worth of food and tipped about 15 dollars. Ok I did my part as a customer only for one of pizzas to look like it had fallen in the pizza delivery person car. The pizza was jacked up and toppings were all other place. The other pizza looked ok but did not taste right but pizzzas were cold when arrived. The wings were at least good but over all was a waste of money I plan to not waste again smh.
Good place prices are still a little high
