This evening we decided to give Freddy’s another try, we had not been there for over 6 months due to inaccurate food orders, excessive wait times (even when ordered online and a 20 minute drive) and overall food quality being poor. Upon going inside to place my order I found the manager working hard to teach various members of the crew as well as very friendly and courteous employees. Each member of the crew was very helpful, my order was read back correctly and prepared in a timely manner. No one in the store appeared to have been there any length of time waiting on food orders. Even after a 20 minute drive home with my food my food was still warm and enjoyable. The burgers didn’t look like they were slapped together then say on and our fries were crispy and golden. We will definitely being going back to this store again!!
This place beats the pants off of Culver plus they're actually open. Frozen custard is excellent. I didn't get a burger this time but they're also excellent. They care about customer service and obviously Culver no longer does
This place is the WORST. The food is usually good and I realize the food is made to order but a 40 minute wait in the drive through is excessive. I ordered an additional order of onion rings and the picture is all they put in it I hadn’t touched them before snapping this picture. Will not be returning to this location.
Waited in line yesterday for a half hour before finally getting to the speaker and then waited over ten minutes to order. No one ever took my order. I said hello several times and never got an answer. Finally, I just drove off.So, tonight I came back, thinking last night was an anomaly. It wasn't. I got through the ordering process okay but when I got to the window I still had to wait over 15 minutes. 15 minutes to cook a burger and some fries....smh....I do not recommend.
The food is always good however it's not worth the 40 minute wait to get the food. I might as well go to a restaurant and get better food and service. Just crazy. Which by the way, it's 40 minutes and counting because I have enough time waiting to write this review.Update: it ended up taking almost an hour
My experience was just okay. Fries were great, along with the fry sauce. The burger was quite dry and this was a big turn over for me. The girl giving out the orders did a great job and was friendly.
I’m giving 3 because of certain reasons at this certain location. 1, mobile ordering was not working for this location and I almost went to other location because of this. 2, Out of chicken strips and not sure when they will be stocked back up. 3, No Onion rings also. My order was great once I had to modify it a few times.
I have been to this location a few times. I ordered A patty melt combo and got cheese fries in a hamburger box.i didn't notice this until I got home.it would cost more in gas to go back and fix it. I live on the other end of town. I realize it's a busy night. But really. There should be quality control. This is my one day of eating meat. And cheese fries cost less than the meal I ordered. You need to do better. I waited 20 mins in drive thru for the wrong order.
Very dissatisfied. There were only 4 cars in the drive thru and I waited at least 20 minutes in line. I finally placed my order and my entire meal was incorrect besides the drink. Stop allowing certain people to work there just to say that you have employees!! I’m honestly not sure how this location is still in business. Throw the whole building away.
