If you haven't been to this chain before, it is similar to a subway, but most people would consider it tastier. Unfortunately last time I went, I asked for gluten-free turkey with nothing on it except for a few veggies. Unfortunately they put cheese on it which I cannot have.
Ordered a platter online around 11am and set the time for a 4pm pickup. When I went to pick it up, they said they never got the order.The transaction was pending in my account.They told me I would have to reorder it again.Moral of the story DO NOT ORDER ONLINE !
Great food and great atmosphere. Subs can be ordered hot or cold. Nice size portions, great taste, and part of price goes to local fire departments.
The subs are small a foot long was eleven and some change subway's a better buy and have a better variety.
Service was great. The lead acknowledged you upon entry and was very informative regarding service times allowing you to make a judgment call as to order are leave. Most places aren't willing to do this and in the process you wait extended minutes fir your food just to get some hot and some cold. GREAT JOB FIREHOUSE!!!!!!!!
First time trying firehouse subs today I got the spicy chicken sub. Ordered online was kind of an wait to get my order but they made up for it with a free drink. Food was definitely five stars
Sandwich was good. Don't be in a hurry if dining in though. It took 25 minutes from the time we ordered until the time we received our food. And my pickle was missing. ☹️
The food was good. The sandwiches wwas made with fresh bread and ingredients. We were able to have two meals because the sandwiches was just that big. We do plsn on going there again in the near future. ???
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Arrived to pick up my order with a ready time of 11:30. I was told on three occasions my order was next up. I then watched three other customers, two of which arrived after I did and ordered, receive their orders. At least have the decency to tell your customers you forgot to do their order instead of tell them multiple times it's the next order being prepared.
Great food and everyone was"rockin' & rollin'" they were busy but took time to help me select something for my wife. Good call! She loved it!
