My experience was fantastic. The lamb chops were perfectly prepared. My entire meal was amazing. The service was quick and courteous. The nightlife experience was completely transformative. We were promptly seated in our designated sections, and bottle service was excellent. Our waiter was lovely and responsive to all of our needs. We smoked some of the most delicious hookah I've ever experienced. The clouds were huge, and the shisha was smooth. Fahrenheit is a high-end, ultra-chic lounge.
Was there last night great vibe great music and service. hookah and food was excellent.
I stopped in for dinner and the food was great! The waitress made sure I enjoyed myself, so I listened to music for a while and watched the rest of the game.
I went to this bar, and was RIPPED OFF. Not only did they charge super high for drinks, they took $25 tip off my credit card when I tipped in cash. I reached out to them (on this page) and was IGNORED (they seen the message) . Even after I shown my card company reached out to my seeing it's out of my character.
I was RIPPED OFF! I order 1 drink of Scotch (2 was bought by someone else not me) , a double Don Julio, and 3 Is Corona beers and was charged $74... I let that go upset and all... Now I wake up see my credit card was charged $99 and I tipped in cash.... I am going to see if I can make a report about this.... This place CONNED me...
We came in around 8:30/9:09 and it’s currently 11:02 we haven’t gotten a water or anything. they took our order after one hour and a half with an attitude and a rude waitress/manager. she hasn’t came back and communicated anything. she already charged us for the food an has her to service her since because i said i was giving a tip.
I had very high hopes for this restaurant and was utterly disappointed. It is a seat yourself restaurant yettables aren’t assigned to serves so you have to wait for someone to see you sitting long enough to ask you did you need anything. After waiting 30-45 minutes for a server, we waited another hour for our food which was mediocre. Our server was a manager who was very rude and unprofessional & she ended up never checking on us again after running our cards. Luckily one of the girls in training helped get things figured out with our food. The wings were so tiny & the beef was over cooked on my tacos. Also, While waiting nearly two hours we weren’t even offered a cup of water and when we asked for one they said no, apparently they only sell bottled water. There seemed to be NO structure in the way this business is run and was completely unorganized.
if I could give it a zero rating I would & I don’t even leave reviews but this is sick
Nice environment. Good music. Good company =good time
We recently hosted an event at Fahrenheit "Restaurant." It was by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at anestablishment in St. Louis. We paid for our event in advance and requested certain liquor and food to be purchased in advance for our guest. Giving Fahrenheit ample time to purchase the requested items. (A month)We hosted over 200 guest and we are still waiting on food! The basic liquor Moscato, zinfandel, crown apple, titos just to name a few where not even an option for liquor items. With the total amount of food purchased in advance and the liquor paid for in advance we spent over $3000.00 (prepaid), not to mentionthe money made at the bar the night of. It is a discredit to call yourself a restaurant and you don't have enough staff to accommodate such a crowd. Being greedy also doesn't help. The kitchen was so worried about the order at the window, the guest that paid for food in advance were not serviced. Staffing appropriately for your expected guest is a testament to the management and the owners ability to service the public. When we decided to pick a venue to host an event and specifically this venue it was because of the "Las Vegas" style decor NOT because of the person who owns the establishment. They should be graded an F from the owner to the Wait staff and kitchen. Mess runs down heel and every one knows that leadership is what drives the business. Catering to the elite only will drive you out of business. SAD
