They don't know there job and don't have the donuts u want pitiful service for a chain that does donuts I'll never go back guess that's why nobody ever there PITIFUL
Dear Dunkin, if you are going to charge a premium price for a filled donut, then PLEASE PUT SOME FILLING IN IT!! Donut in reference: Vanilla Cream. These seem to only have the little button of cream on top. I can get a coffee anywhere.
Good old Dunkin' Donuts. Bought 4 dozen for a meeting. Friendly prompt service early in the morning.
Please help me understand why every time I pull up, you suddenly aren't taking orders...3rd times the charm. I'm not a jerk but I think this needs to be reported and for me to never return. Especially after I saw you give service to people after telling me you weren't. I've also noticed I fallen upon a mountain of complaints so I'm not surprised!
Went inside through unlocked door to be told rudely by someone in the back that “inside’s closed!”. Went through the drive thru, ordered 6 donuts and a breakfast sandwich. Greeted very politely at the window and received our food promptly. While waiting to pay, we notice a worker leaning on the counter on her phone. The whole time. The polite worker apologizes and says they’re short handed…all while the other girl is on her phone. Then another girl brings us the food. Get on the road to find my Boston creme donuts have no creme in them. Absolutely none in either one. Perhaps the girl on her phone could grab a pastry bag and go put creme in the rest of the Boston cremes. My husband’s breakfast sandwich was very good, and we got through the line very quickly, which is the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1.
I got an iced coffee with almond milk and i dont know if they gave it to me with real mill or if the almond went bad, but it ruined my stomach, i couldnt get up from the toilet.
This is my favorite location, and I go here almost every morning. I love the staff here, a smile goes a long way, and they always make my day.
We will not be returning to this location, unfortunately they are very rude and they don’t always have fresh donuts!
This store consistently doesn’t have all the items required to fulfill the basic menu items. The doughnuts are typically freshly stale. The coffee is always good but almost not worth being stuck in the slow drive through.
If I could give this negative stars I would!! I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns and a coffee through UberEats. Delivery was very prompt and quick so I dont believe the temperature of the food was the delivery drivers fault. This means that the food had been sitting out for god knows how long.The only thing that was even close to hot was the coffee which was luke warm!!! The hashbrowns looked so disgusting I didn't even try them just threw them away. They looked to be black and soaked in old grease and falling apart. The sandwich wasn't toasted just plain stale sourdough bread. Nothing on the sandwich was seasoned at all. Threw this away too. Total waste of money!!! Will never go there or order from there again!!!
