Something was wrong with my order and they took action immediately. Took care of meAnd was very nice about the misunderstanding.
This is not the first or the second time I've gotten poor service but it's my punishment for trying to give them repeat business I guess. They burnt the 1st pizza, and this was the do-over. This location is sad as a whole!
This was my first visit and I was ordering pizza for my students. The woman that helped me was very pleasant. I was able to pay for my pizzas the day before and they were being boxed when I arrived to pick them up. My students enjoyed hot pizza.
My friend whole family (kids included) got sick off this locations pizza. If I was any one I would Skip this location and order some where else because they doesn’t sanitize correctly, or the good they are using is old or hasn’t been stored properly. She doesn’t make reviews but I do!
I did a pickup because delivery times are extremely long. When I ordered online, it stated could pick up in 19 minutes. Well...it took 45 minutes. Unfortunately I didn't open box. Got home & comfortable only to discover they gave me bread knots instead of chicken. Apparently the refund policy states you have to bring item back within 2 hours which I didn't do because I didn't feel like waiting another 45 minutes for chicken. Lesson learned. Check order thoroughly or suffer the consequences. Oh...bread was pitched because pizza and bread did not appeal to me. They got that one off.
Pizza was great! We did pick up after ordering online and it was perfect!!
Been going here for six years . I went in today about 4:30 pm , I bought my son a three topping pizza and me five topping pizza ? . Whoever did our food this time was flawless in making it ?????? great job
As everyone in reviews mentioned. The store customer service is insane, worst customer service experience. They are very rude and the lady placed pizza in trunk but she didnt close the trunk. When I left a feedback they called me and very rude behavior. As per there policy for car side delivery they wont touch the trunk. I'm really surprised how come they touched my car for opening the trunk if she didnt touch it. this is insane service. I do not recommend this store.
As long as they don’t over do the extra this store isn’t bad to go to. I have always liked Domino’s my mom and I loved their thin crust. Thin and crisp without breaking teeth.
Make was made perfectly and delivered much faster than expected. It reminded me of the old 39 minutes or less days. Satisfied.
