Awesome location, with an amazing staff. They are quick and always produce quality products and always get it right. Their personalities are contagious and so positive!
Hire more workers because its getting ridiculous. I ordered a medium pizza with cheese dip and bread twist. There is no reason that it should take longer than 50 minutes to complete an order like that. I ordered my food at 8:52 PM and its now 10:41 PM and I STILL haven’t received my food! I called them about 30 minutes ago and they said that they only have ONE driver. Okay I get it, you’re understaffed, but can you NOTIFY customers of that instead of letting us wait hours for a pizza?! Theres no reason I should be waiting 2 hours for a simple order like this. My food is probably going to be freezing now. Its a random Tuesday night, not a super bowl Sunday, speed it up.Update: It’s 11:13 PM and I still haven’t received my order. They close at 12.
Ordered a pizza, tracker said it was delivered. Have been on hold for 25 minutes waiting to speak to someone.
Absolutely the worse domino's I've ever spent money at. They lie about delivery and they are no where near closed. Choose somewhere else I swear
I REALLY wish I could give less stars but 1 it is. My family ordered pizza tonight and after an hour we called to find out where the food was and we’re told it would be another 35 minutes before it even got to us. This location is slow and the service is routinely bad- we canceled the order and asked for a full refund because I’m sorry but it shouldn’t take an hour and fourth minutes to get some pizza on a Tuesday night!
Never have any delivery drivers available and never able to place an online order for this location. Always shows as "This store is currently closed." Location should be closed down permanently if they can't get enough staff to run the place.
Poor service we order a pizza and we received wrong order when I called they said we gonna send another pizza in the next 30 mins I waited for an hour at the end they didn’t send nothing saying delivery driver left ?? people complain about not having money to support their family but you guys are lazy people that’s the reason your guys are where you are ??????
My estimated online delivery time was 30-40 minutes, I received part of my order 1 hour 30 minutes later and had to wait another 10+ minutes for the driver to bring the rest of my forgotten order back. Everything was overcooked, dried out, and only warm-cool to the touch. Everything. There is no excuse for taking order volumes you can't handle and screwing over customers with low quality service and product. Being short staffed is no excuse for poor management decisions. The manager couldn't even muster any real apology, just excuses and attitude (how dare I expect decent or timely service) in her tone. I give grace and benefit of doubt especially now with the state of the country and world, but sheesh. I have never been this disappointed with Domino's. If nothing else I could count on consistency. Drivers usually take the hit in tips when the store managers are incompetent. A shame all the way around. I wont eat with this location under this manager again.
Awesome service! Order was incomplete, they were apologetic & completed the order correctly. As always, pizza, wings, pasta, sandwich & salad were so tasty & went perfect with pizza/movie nite‼️ XOX?OXO
delivery time takes forever. I ordered at 7:20 pm and it came at 8:45. just for pasta & bread. ??♀️ save your money and order at Lindbergh Blvd location. food was delicious there. & if you do continue to order from here go and pick it up and view your pizza in person! I think its better that way because delivery was not it & food was cold.
