i bought a whole ice cream cake and received a blank one and was told they don’t write on cakes.. wtffff, eff u DQ
This dairy queen has always been great, they never get my order wrong and the food and service is always good ??
Come here once a week and usually never have an issue until today. I placed a mobile order online and when got there my order wasn’t ready. I then was told they couldn’t find my order after showing them my confirmation email. Now all of a sudden I had to show ID even though I had the confirmation number. I didn’t have my Id at the time and was told I couldn’t get the food I purchased or get a refund. As I was leaving to get my Id someone from door dash came in only with a confirmation and didn’t have to show Identification. Once I showed mines I signed the doordash book log which I never had to do before. It was weird because why am I signing a doordash log as a doordasher but have to show Id and the actual dasher don’t. On top of that my order was now late and the order was wrong. The manager had an attitude because I was upset they was organized and wasn’t making any sense. I’m definitely done with this location! Never mess up a pregnant woman order I’m so sad and disappointed about my food
I was very disappointed with this particular Dairy Queen. The place was extremely unkept! Paper napkins, straw wrappers and unclean tables were an eyesore. I could not eat all my food. The young people working there just walked right over the mess. They were unaware of the importance to have a clean and neat restaurant. I am not going to discuss the restroom.
My banana split was pre made and I think that it set too long and it was completely melted. I was very dissatisfied Which is usually not the case.
Good variety of foods; chicken, burgers, hot dogs and frozen treats.Decent prices and good quality.
A little slow on the service, 2nd visit same experience. Seemed like the recipe for the shakes changed ? Yuck! So I went with my 2nd favorite. A misty drink, this is called, "poolside twisty something" too many words to remember at this age. But again something changed with this as well. The consistency was smooth. From what I remember, it was like crushed ice, but in a million tiny pieces. Well, it served it's purpose! I wanted something to refresh me and that it did.
After leaving another establishment on the same strip of street my hopes weren't high for customer service engagement; however, I was pleasantly surprised. The service was Immediate and the made to order food arrived quickly.
This is one of the most dependable fast food places in the area. Every time we go, the food is hot, fast, and my order is correct. Sometimes they can be a little slow, but for real, anywhere can if you go at the wrong time.
Do not, Don not go Herr after 4pm. Long story short o order a something that was chocolate with chocolate ice cream in it amd it came out light skinned, not once but 3 times. Talk to a Manger short white guy ginger hair yellow teeth, he brought out the same mocha drink that look like a milk shake. The 1st shift is good ppl they actually know how to read and combine ingredients to get the right products that the customers ordered. 5stars before 4pm, after 4pm do not go.
