1st let me say that I hate to leave a review like this but the youth that work at this location are starting to slip up. I almost ate a burger with a piece of a glove in it. Like how do you know see this before you give it to a customer. They blue vinyl gloves shouldn't be worn when food handling for this reason. Some of the workers were in clear gloves while others weren'tMy order was replaced but I'm mad that I almost ate a trifling glove because these kids aren't paying attention. Check your food before you get too far
They gave me these lil bitty pieces of bacon like what was the point of this, that’s dead wrong and whoever made it needs to be fired cause never did they do me like this
Went for the Ice cream for my wife. She absolutely loves their different versions of chocolate. We would have rated higher but we hate the long line of drive through. It's well past time to open the inside dining.
I went their the drive thru today for my 30 minute lunch……. Noticing inf the drive thru their sign saying every burger made to order, well I think my single burger was made last night, it was cold and the edges were very crunchy hard. So that sandwich went in the trash. Never again.
I would rather spend the same amount at Applebees and feel like Im eating find dining but the root beer is to die for
Food and workers and great always check your food of course. Iv'e tipped a worker for being so sweet to me, felt important for my money. Loved it
Went through the drive thru since the lobby was closed. Got a bag with quite literally half my order (4 piece chicken strips instead of eight, no fries or onion rings). They did manage to include the right burger, I'll give them that. Submitted a online feedback and requested a response. Heard nothing. The burger was good but not good enough to pay double for.
Extremely slow and food looked a mess. The burger dripped all over the bag because it was on it's side and smashed. The chicken sandwich was the same way and the bun was rock hard. Will not be wasting any more money here.
Very slow. Only drive thru and curb side. Want only two of the flavor of the day. Called to place curbside order and they would not take it .. must be online. Online doesn't offer flavor of the day so ordered vanilla and commented flavor of the day in vehicle description. Once order was placed clicked I'm here and waited 30 minutes watching cars come through the long drive through line and leave. Finally went to the door people used to bring out food and made my way inside to be told i was not allowed. After explaining i was here for ice cream ordered 30 minutes ago the person went to a cooler and pulled out my order.
I have been through the drive-thru at Culver's numerous times since the pandemic every time my order is in error. It's nothing I can't live with but it's never what I've ordered always something wrong I don't know why it is so difficult to get it right
