I've been here multiple times and I've never had any problems. Their food is filling and tasty
Like other eateries in Florissant, this has gone down hill. The last couple of purchases didnt seem fresh, and some of the workers could use some extra training. I'm going to have to drive out there to Creve Coeur. A shame when you cant support businesses in your own neighborhood.
Food is always great here. Safe place to take anybody. I mean, it's healthy food and the kids never complain ... that's something. Love the lobster rangoons.
We had a great experience from beginning to end!!!!The chicken Caesar wrap/chicken was a bit dry. The salmon bowl is the winner.Lobster rolls were just ok
Worker was very disrespectful. Never coming back here again. Simply asked could they put the proper amount of Buffalo sauce as usual. Giving that the last time I came my burrito was not properly made. I get it each cook will not make each burrito the exact same but I never had this issue. We asked can they make sure they put enough Buffalo sauceS The worker was upset because she suggested if the wrap isn’t made to our liking she just give us extra cups of sauce. We stated we would like to have it already on their. When we pulled up to the window she intentionally gave us the nastiest look. If we have said anything crazy in a disrespectful tone then I would understand the look given to us. She was not polite nor showed good customer service. She didn’t communicate with us. The interaction was silent, she say how are you doing, no smile, she took my card, didn’t ask if I was a rewards member & etc. I’m use to great customer service from this company. Even when she walked away another work laughed and rubbed her back as if she was trying to calm her down. I took it as if she was trying to intimidate us. This interaction made me uncomfortable. I will not coming back.
I had the Kale & Quinoa salad with salmon and it was incredible. The customer service and attention to detail in the plating was commendable. I wish there was a Crazy Bowls & Wraps In Cleveland Ohio. Excellent!! I highly recommend them.
I just had the best experience at a CBW ever! The lady at the drive thru window was an absolute sweetheart. I was also extremely pleased with how short the drive they line wiener. And the food as always is real good. The receipt says her name was Rachel. Not sure if she was at the window or not.
I’ve been to probably over half the locations and they have all been 5 stars. I ordered double chicken, even confirmed I ordered double chicken. I open my food once I got back to the office and there’s no chicken. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the other locations are that good. Could be a mistake, no one’s perfect, but how do you not include the main protein? That’s like forgetting the ice cream when ordering an ice cream cone. Will more than likely give this location a 2nd chance and will change the rating based off that.
Cashier great. Food good. Prices on menu lower than actual price. Another business advertising lower prices but charging higher price. Not right.
It was our first time going there. I ordered the tomato wrap with cauliflower rice and plant based chicken. My husband order a fajita bowl. They were actually pretty good. We enjoyed it.They have a variety of different sauces and salsas you can try.We’re definitely adding this place to the list during our January Daniel fast.
