Absolute worst service ever in the history of ice cream preparation. In addition the order was not ready as expected per the confirmation, once assigned, the server took his time only using one paddle to prepare the first part of my order which resulted in a melted mess that was readily acknowledged by one of the other workers.. I ordered extra strawberry in the 2nd order and none could be tasted. It was the worst experience ever and if the staff can't follow the instructions given and complete in a timely fashion, online service should be suspended .after taking the time to order online the wait was ridiculously long inside and outside. Staff slow and very unconcerned about customer service!!!
They need real managers. I like the guy who manages it now he's nice but things are always chaotic with staff and orders. They play music with curse words as if children don't come in the store and they themselves curse on front of customers.
It was roach city. I walked in and they just scattered around like they ran the business. I asked for cookie dough, not roach guts.
This location would have normally recieved 4 stars, but about 2 weeks ago, my brother and I went in for ice cream and soon as we were about to order...we noticed 2 roaches coming from under the ice cream selection freezer. They were healthy roaches at that, which means they must have been feasting off product in store. I WILL NOT be returning to this location EVER AGAIN.The owner claims it has been taking care of, but for months reviews have been stating a roach problem. JUST DO NOT EAT HERE or you risk your health.
Placed a pickup order online at 12:55pm. Website said it would be ready at 1:12pm. I walked in at 1:10pm expecting to wait a few minutes. At 1:25pm I was finally handed my order. There were only 2 other customers in this location with me. No reason at all for this long delay other than laziness of the staff.Ridiculous!
Slow and poor service. Placed an online order, arrived at the store at the time stated and still had to wait for 20 minutes in an empty store. The female employee who worked on 11/26/21 at the Florissant location between 6:30 and 7:00 pm was rude and unprofessional. Instead of making the online order, she was too busy talking. Never apologized for the order being late in an empty store. Never said thanks or anything after finally making the order. Customer service was horrible.
Today went to this Cold stone and no one said the usual greeting or acknowledged us. And we must have waited over ten minutes out of the 3 employees all young kids at the time we walked in there was only 1 Cst shouldn’t have taken 2 people to wait on him and the other worker was making waffle cones n never said anything to the customers waiting for service! It’s been years since I was last at this location and after today I won’t be make any time soon. It was Crystal clear the 2 girls that were on duty felt the need to do what they wanted to do but wait on customers one girl got on her personal cell phone to make a call and the other went to restroom while to boy remained on cones one of the other customers got upset bet none of us were being helped. Based on the previews I have read I understand what there saying is 100 % true at the rate of this type of service this store will be closing next. This store needs to get better employees that will appreciate having a job and should have manager n supervisor on each shift! To maintain professionalism!
If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. If you want to stand in here for a hour and a half for some ice cream because the workers are moving like there in quick sand be my guest. There is absolutely no reason the line should be wrapped around and at the door. Either get more people working or get people that actually want to do there job in a timely manner.
this was the worse cold stone ever. the girl that was working did not know what she was doing she put to much ice cream in the container. Also, she didn’t even greet us when we came up. Paid 16$ for sloppy ice cream. She also did not follow directions. Will not be back. Never again. I recommend froyo or dairy queen over this place. ALSO THEY ARE NOT SANITARY.
This place is a joke. Employees are running customers off, with their attitude. They are rude and they could care less if they made a sale. That’s if they will wit on you while they are joking around and playing on their phone. Sorry folks to give such bad news, but until they straighten up, stay away.
