The chicken sandwich was good and fresh nothing too bad to say about this place other than you shouldn't be an employee sitting on the parking lot smoking and then go back in and start working in front of customers! Professionalism goes a long way!
I came to the Church's located at 13101 New Halls Ferry Road, Florissant, MO 63033 on Wednesday 7/13/2022 at around 6:00 PM It was very busy expected for the dinner rush we waited for over 20 minutes to get to the drive-through speaker The gentleman taking the order said we only have dark meat. Ok I proceeded to ask if they had any specials. He stated yes 7.99 for 8 piece legs and thighs, so that is what we ordered. We waited another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and pick up our food. When we got to the window they gave us a different price, I said that is not our order we had the 8 piece special. The young man came back to the window and said "We do not have your order, so you will have to pull around and give your order." I said we did place the order how do we know you only have dark meat if no one told us? How do we know the price since this location did not have a sign-up about the 8-piece deal. He closed the window and a lady presumably the Manager "Older Black Lady" came to the window and said, "WE DONT HAVE YOUR ORDER IF YOU WANT TO ORDER GO BACK THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH!" Yelling with an attitude from the beginning. I said ma'am we did give the order or else why would we have waited in the line with money in hand? She said "Well your not getting a order here at the window! GET OUT OF MY DRIVE THROUGH" I again said we had an order and I'm waiting for it. It is not on us that the person didn't record it correctly when we gave our order. She proceeded to SAY NO CHICKEN FOR YOU! NOW GET OUT OF MY DRIVE-THROUGH! Slammed the window closed and locked it. First of all, it's just chicken, and we did what we were supposed to do by placing the order and waiting patiently. I waited an additional 10 minutes and she finally came out of the back door and made everyone in the drive-through line back up and come inside to get their orders. I waited another 10 minutes before I decided that it was not worth it and left. This is unacceptable she is very GHETTO and RUDE for no reason. When they already know they were in the wrong. I am also adding this to wTwitter, FB, Google, and any other place that takes reviews because this lady needs to be fired for not even trying to listen to the customer or make it right.
I am not kidding every time I cheat, eating stuff I have no business ? things get horrible for me. This place...omg. My son n I ordered chicken, they had no more chicken, so we ordered chicken fingers or stripes. We ordered mac and cheese, they had none. We ordered okra. They had none. We ordered coleslaw. They had none....make long story short. They only had jalapeño bombers and fries period. The time was 7:09pm. Bought time we approached the window, they were closing. The young lady at the window was very nice and helpful, very professional and helpful.
Stop to get food after bowling.the line was not to long had to wait for them to cook more chicken but that was ok because we knew it was cooked fresh. The service was ok that night but sometimes it is not pleasent.
Food was fresh but I forgot to order something at the speaker. When I got to window to order just BUSCUITS, I was told they couldn't take the order at the window. It was just Biscuits for crying out loud lol.
Horrible and the workers over charge you they tell customers one price on intercom in drive thru the want you to pay more at the window (scam) and Stealing sounds like,The Food is Horrible and they do not season chicken, cole slaw,Honey Biscuits and Gravy & Mashed Potatoes Terrible and We will not Visit this location ever they always under and over cook your food and do not change their Frying Grease and fry they fish in the chicken Grease should be cooked in different Fryers (Cross Contamination) Close this Location Down Permanently To Many Health Risks To Customers Patronizing This Business
Rude employees, always closing early, always out of food i don't no how they are still open its been like this for 10 years that i no of.
I was really surprised at how tiny the chicken legs were at this location. Definately not normal for Church's. Also, the butter buscuit was hard which I ended up throwing away because it was not edible. This is the first time I can remember being disappointed in a meal from Church's, but I normally don't visit this location and will not return.
I will never ever ever ever in my life come back to this location! They told me they don’t allow refills on drinks! Then our food took over 30 mins! I would have gotten my money back if I didn’t pay with my card! I don’t get how a group of ppl come to work not to work! And be mad when they have to do there job! Workers outside using ungodly language saying she will kill everyone there! They just need to shut down!
Store needs some TLC. New management. Should be shut down temporary until proper order can be restored to this particular location. Everything was pretty bad. Even the employees seemed affected by the lack of support and lack of product. They only had dark meat , not even honey or jam and other items were not available. It was very dark I think do to the recent ice storm and the inside looked condemned and dirty as if it was on it's last leg. Praying for the staff and owner praying they can all be restored. Owner needs to invest in their staff and store. By far one of the worst fast food restaurants I have visited. Staff was nice but could tell they were struggling to keep it together they were trying there best but it was if the life was sucked out of them and they didn't want to be there but had to like a prison.
