We waited about 20 minutes in line. After we get to the window the young lady tried to over charge us. We ordered a 10 piece but they gave us 9 pieces of chicken. Then after we got the home we notice they didn't give us any biscuits. The manager is sitting down instead of working. There is plenty of things she could have been doing like cleaning the fingerprint stained windows. Poor leadership skills. The only positive thing about our visit is that the chicken was hot.
Rude people! I waited for 20 minutes, was told the speaker was broken and to pull to the window. Once at the window, I was told the speaker was not broken and to get back in line. I requested the GM information and was told they don’t know the GM. Laughable right. I submitted a formal complaint to the headquarters.
Horrible customer service, chicken is old. Rude employees. The corporate team need to go for an audit of this location. Will update with a picture soon. One gentleman was sitting in a chair and the Cashier roled her eyes once we asked if we can pay using a card and cash. This was June 25th.
The service is below average and the quality of the food is way down plus Long lines. No need to waste your time. Right now they aren't even letting people inside and the menu is incomplete
This restaurant was closed at 8:05 pm. They said they closed at 7pm. I am assuming this is due to staff shortages.The only reason there could be staff shortages is that churches doesn't want to pay their employees what they are worth. Churches get it together and pay the employees correctly!
Probably the dumbest group of employees I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a 10-piece meal that is supposed to feed 6, only to receive ten pieces of chicken, no biscuits, one small potatoes and one corn. I had to pay to get an additional small potatoes. Clearly the staff isn’t being trained right. I completely blame management for poor training and oversight of the store operations.
Lady came out with a clipboard and piece of paper, we’re not from this area so we didn’t know the menu since we’ve never eaten here before. Lady refused to show us a menu and when we asked about their sides, she told us “We have what we serve”But again, we were never shown a menu so we didn’t know what that even consisted of , and the lady was very rude and it was clear she does not like her job and probably needs seek other means of employment if this job makes her this unhappy
My chicken and shrimp were good but it took forever and they forgot my fries in my meal....
Every time I order from here through the doordash that cancel the order within 3 minutes of being ordered so if could give zero stars I would
OMG the workers are so slow not to mention I order some fries and when I got home I could not believe that they were so lazy to make fresh fries that it was obvious I was given OLD fries that tasted like it was 2days old and I wasn't given a biscuit with my meal. This location is terrible.
