Rude, impatient, unfriendly, overall very unprofessional staff. Tersura and the young lady making the bowls were the rudest. Portions were extremely stingy, especially considering it was so near closing time. Tersura counted food and did inventory while I stood there waiting to pay? Worst chipotle I’ve ever visited. Very sad and never again.
Was pretty good took a little time even though I ordered from the internet but it was good people were very nice
I ordered the chicken bowl & I’m very disappointed. The portion size was small. A little of everything, but rice & beans. Hardly, any meat. Unfortunately, the meal was trash. Something taste spoiled/sour. I got a second opinion from someone,w/o mentioning how I felt about it. My partner said something taste spoiled/sour. So I just tossed it out. The staffed was pleasant, restaurant was clean & no long wait. My first visit & probably my last.
I eat at Chipotle, a lot. So much so that I have an exact burrito that I've ordered for years now. I've had the same burrito at more Chipotle locations than I can count, and several in the last few months that were really disappointing. This location nailed it. The staff were extremely fast and competent. They were very patient with a customer ahead of me who was indecisive. AND the food was all hot and fresh. The staff here are top notch and I will absolutely be making this my go-to location from now on.
The food was really good. Came here with my boyfriend. It was peaceful and I liked the spot we were sitting in because the sun was shining through. I liked the tall chairs. People were ordering to go, if you're more of a person that likes to be around people though this isn't really a people place. It wasn't busy when we went. But it's an ok place to go to if you want to enjoy your food without being around a lot of people. This was only my first time so I can't say if people eat in a lot here
I had a door dash order. The young lady was nice and polite. My only gripe was it went over my pick up time but that's with every restaurant. Besides the wait, it was a good experience.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I ordered and paid online in advance with an almost 1 1/2 hour pickup time. My order was not on the pickup shelf as promised in my confirmation email. Was this not enough time to prepare my food, Chipotle Mexican Grill-Florissant? I felt the time was pretty generous. When I could not find my order on the pickup shelf after searching several bags, I spoke to the young man at the cashier regarding my order. He had to search for my order on the register and print off my receipt. He stated "someone will make your order now". Really?! There were about 5 customers already in line and I just assumed my order took precedence do to the timing and payment already received. I stepped aside and saw the young cashier lay my receipt next to the young man at the front of the prep table (the one who preps the tortillas, bowls, salads, etc. with the meat). The young man prepping did not notice my receipt and was focusing on keeping the accumulating line flowing. Mind you, I ordered my meal online and early for a reason but this Chipotle Mexican Grill did not seem to be too concerned about my schedule. After about 4 minutes of watching everyone else's meals get prepared, I asked the young man at the cashier again about my order. He tried so hard to avoid eye contact and just muttered that my order is next. UNACCEPTABLE! By this time, my patience is thinning out. I walk to the front of the prep table to ask the young man prepping about my receipt lying next to him that has not been made yet. He tells me that he will make my order next. After a couple more preps and I know he felt my tension, the young man prepping began my order. I just assumed that he would make my entire meal...again, I pre-ordered and pre-paid and now we are climbing up to almost 15 minutes of me standing and watching all meals getting prepared but mine. Nope! He slides my two meals down to a very impatient, disgruntled Chipotle Mexican Grill-Florissant employee. She reads the receipt and just starts throwing...THROWING...my meals together. I honestly counted 5 strands of lettuce on one of my meals. I asked for just a little bit more and I was ignored. Okay, noted...no worries, it was already planned to be told to the world in this review. I had 2 sides of tomato salsa, 2 sides of corn, and a side of guacamole. The disgruntled young lady (I really want to shout out her appearance so you know who I am referring to but I will leave that for the District Manager :)) slides my messy meals and receipt to another young lady who is just standing there playing with her hands. The disgruntled young lady shouts my sides to this young lady to get her to do something. I hear that my guacamole was not mentioned. So, I say "and a side of guacamole". The disgruntled young lady hears this but did not hear me ask for a little bit more lettuce, but I digress. The disgruntled young lady picks up my receipt, puts it in my face, and says "There is no guacamole on here, see!" Oooooh, Thank Goodness for growth and maturity because in a split second I was ready to pounce because EVERYONE in the world knows you DO NOT get in or put things in people's face! I instantly thought of consequences and pointed to the receipt that at the bottom it clearly says "SD Guacamole"! At this point, I am DONE with this irritated, mouthy lady; I tell the not-so-busy young lady to please get my guacamole. Now, the customer in front of me was quite indecisive and walked down the prep line a few times to say what she forgot to add, causing her order to go backward for preparation instead of forward for completion. I overhear the disgruntled young lady say "This lady can't make up her mind..." right in front of customers. Is this how employees are trained to behave, Chipotle Mexican Grill-Florissant? In the end, after over 20 minutes of being in this store, I received my messy meals, sides, and guacamole. This rating gets a gracious 1 star only because of the young man prepping food. He had the more pleasant tone amongst his
I have been to this location before and never had any issues. However, this time I wasn’t happy at all. It’s seems that some of the employees dont understand the difference between small, and large. If I ask for a small scoop of sour cream that doesn’t me a large scoop. Small means small, and large means large. How difficult is that to understand? Also, as my food is being slid down the counter, waiting for the next person to put the topping on; It would be nice to have the food covered, until they are ready to continue. Instead of having their entire arm hovering over my food as they fill the previous order. The employees need to be more conscious of how they are handling the food. And please have them cover the food until they are ready to continuing preparing the order. One employee had sores on her arm, and dry skin. I tried asking another worker could she cover my food up. But after 3 times of repeating myself because she act like she couldn’t hear me, I gave up.
I always loved going to this place but, I had to stop going because I get the same thing and each time it's a different price. These young people who work there seem like they don't listen smh I can go on and on but, I order the same thing at a different spot and no complaints.
I ordered a large queso dip and I measured the queso dip when it came to my house it didn’t didn’t even fill up 3/4 of a cup. This cannot be a large and I will not be going to chipotle in Florissant again. You cannot reach anyone live on the phone or try to get help via chat is a joke
