Up until today I had no problems with Chin's Wok. It's four adults and one child in my household so I always spent at $50 or more every time. My order was always correct until I ordered today. I called back to tell them that 1 order of the 2 orders of crab Rangoon was not in the bag. The guy that answered tried to tell me what's in the bag that I was looking into at the time. I have no reason to lie and wanted what I paid for. Long story short I called twice and was told my item was on the way and it never showed. They just lost a $50 plus tip paying customer over a $5 item.The guy I talk to was not one of the original people there when I had no problem.

This is my favorite Chinese take out. Egg drop soup is perfect. Great food, fast service. I have reflux, so it's nice to not have spicy forced on me, to have the option of how to season my own food at home. Delightful.
I ordered Roast Pork Egg Foo Young, Hot and Sour Soup and the 1.80 egg roll. All of the food was bland and tasteless. In addition the rice was sticky and mushy. I really wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I ordered. Definitely NOT real Chinese cuisine. Tore up my takeout menu..will never buy there again.
Not to bad but for Chinese food it is slightly higher prices compared to other Chinese food restaurants.
The food is a little on the bland side, but the people are super nice. They have good hours too. I ordered online at 7:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Nice online system, easy to order. After I placed my order they called to let me know they were out of mushrooms and to ask what I would like instead. And when I went in to P/U, my food was ready and they were nice in person too. I would definitely order here again.
First time trying and idk….. I’ll stick with driving to the CITY it was meh! Hopefully good tree help me make it taste lil better but not bad overall 4/10.. had to come back n add more this place nasty rice no flavor I wasted 10 dollars forreal not going back I’ll go to the CITY
Was some of the worst tasting Chinese food I've had in St.louis. Rice was undercooked with poor flavor, appetizers were over cooked with bland flavor.
China Wok is ALWAYS good, nice and hot. Forgot a small item on one visit but they made it right immediately. Love them!
