Went there for date night and the server was waiting for us to finish deciding on what our 3rd appetizer was going to be WHILE ON HER PERSONAL CELL PHONE! I ordered the Strawberry AP drink and it was watery, my fiance ordered a burger and it was unseasoned. It was big and hot but not seasoned. The triple combo was ordered, the street corn was deliciousOh, I had a piece of plastic in my food.

Food is decent quality when it is hot. However, curbside pick up is an absolute joke. I placed an order on the Chili's app around 1:15pm today (Sunday, 6/26/22). I was out running errands so I made Chili's my final stop. My order was scheduled to be ready by 1:34-1:39pm. I arrived and checked in at the curbside pick up area at 1:31pm. I waited 10 minutes and noticed that the cars who pulled up after me had already received their food and were leaving. I figured maybe the kitchen was running slower so I tried to be patient. Another 15 minutes went by- the lady running the curbside orders has walked past me about 5 times at this rate - no status updates or checking who I was and why I was just sitting there for ~25, almost 30 minutes after check-in! I thought maybe my check-in did not go through so I tried checking in again through the app....the app confirmed that I was already checked in and my food would be out shortly. I finally had reached the point that there seemed to be the likelihood that my order has been sitting and waiting to be ran out. I shut my car off and went inside through the curbside/pickup door. Lo' and behold, there was the same lady that I had seen several times sitting on her phone at the podium. I stood there while she slowly looked up, clearly seeming like she did not want to be there, as she rolled her eyes and stared at me. She finally asked for "the name"- I told her, and she walked to the shelves with the orders ready to be picked up/delivered....AND MY BAG WAS SITTING LITERALLY 2 FEET FROM HER. I was honestly so frustrated that my food was just there and she didn't even seem bothered to try walking it out to the car (as curbside traditionally goes). I turned and walked back to my car. I went home and confirmed that the food we ordered was cool, but the packaging had clear signs that the food had been hot at one point in time. I'm extremely disappointed in this experience, and even more disappointed that I spent nearly $30 for a cold, soggy sandwich and fries. If you plan to dine here, I recommend eating in...however, if you're brave enough to take the risk and use curbside - I would just say don't even wait in your car, just go in. Maybe you'll get your food quicker and in much better quality than mine. Absolutely disgraceful.

Went in for lunch yesterday 6/4. Not busy. Manager took 5 minutes to seat us. 3 servers sat at a table chit chatting and playing on their phones, another girl "working" curbside but really just on her phone the entire time. Manager sat at a booth and watched tv. Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged, left for Applebees. This place is horrifically inconsistent. Get rid of your lazy employees. If you want to earn a check, great. if not then go jump in a lake. I will go all the way to St. Peters if I want Chili's.

Everything was great and the food and service was fast

Right when we got in the waitress was laying on the counter and we weren’t sure if she was even talking to us. Then she told us that they can’t serve us cause they don’t have enough staff. They had a sign at the door saying staff on training and they do not recommend groups bigger than 6 persons cause it might take longer. Well we were 5 adults and 2 kids and couldn’t be served at all. The waitress didn’t even seem to bother to find some kind of solution and made us look like we are the problem - the paying their payment kind.I mean technically we could of just get in saying we are two parties (4 and 3) and would just be fine but since we came in as a group of 7 it wasn’t possible for them. It’s ridiculous and I couldn’t not recommend that place!

Came to celebrate my daughter's gymnastics competition and they were not seating parties greater than 6. The hostess was laying on the counter like she couldn't be bothered to work and acted like we were the problem. Sorry we wanted to spend money that pays your salary. Will not be revisiting this location until they can fix their staffing issues. Which is a shame cause it is my daughter's favorite restaurant

So just left chili's bar and grill. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. In fact I stood up at the bar for maybe five minutes before she even bothered to look at me. I asked her for a menu she said they were closed for dine in but said that I could order to go. While looking at the menu another young lady came out and said that we couldn't order because they were closed. And that they had already closed at 10:30. The hours say that they closed at 11. Poor customer service and place was totally a mess for them to be closed and everyone standing around doing nothing.

This was one of my favorite restaurants but the way they played me today was D*** too cold. I order the chicken Cajun pasta to go and it was terrible a couple pieces of pasta some chicken more than I ever got in a regular order, I open the bag and could see right though the container. I had to get a refund, they knew that was wrong but they didn't give a D***.

Bartender was slow to acknowledging us and it wasn't many people at the bar. Margaritas were horrible. Order the ribeye it was disgusted. Only thing that was good was the loaded mash potatoes. Was so disappointed.

I celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday and we had a good time . The food was delicious and drinks were good too. Our waitress name was June and she was on point. Sorry we started eating the food , no pictures of the food . Overall a good time ❣️
