The young man at the window asked me to pull forward because my order wasn’t ready. I only had three drinks, so I asked, “Pull forward for drinks?”, and he replied, “Yeah…”. I pulled forward and after waiting for over 10 minutes I asked him what was going on with my order. He then asked what I had, I told him THREE DRINKS! He says “Oh!” and runs to grab them. They had been sitting in the window the entire time! They were even in the window when I initially came through! Very annoying.
The drive thru is a mess....there's no order or rhythm to it. You order on the app and wait just as long as the ppl who pull up and order. The line gets out of order and it's frustrating. The brentwood location has a super efficient system and have a qr code to automatically check in mobile orders. The drive thru is too small
Pur location is super busy all the time so i did online ordering which was simple fast. Was in and out in no time. Friendly fast staff. Very well organized and clean store. Was the 1st time i actually had this place so i rate it 10/10 keep up the amazing work
Not nearly as friendly as any other Chick-fil-A that we have visited. Slow service, and as already stated, not very friendly. Food was good, but that was about it.
Customer service has went downhill. I said if it happened again I would do this review. Well, here we are! Asked for all large items, the young lady confirmed 3 different times that my order was correct. Get to the window and was given 3 Larges and 1 Medium. I told the window guy I order 4 larges. He just look at the bag and said, "well she only charged for THIS medium! " and proceeded to hand it back. I told him, that's not what I ordered and I would like a the large that I confirmed with her 3 times already. Some white lady with a gray shirt walks up and then they whisper. she just snatches the cup and then hands over a large one. No apology, no sorry for the miscommunication or understanding NO NOTHING. I even offered to pay the difference, NOTHING just dirty looks and silence. If i weren't trying to be an example for my 2 children in the back seat. I would have behaved the same way they were treating us, WITH IGNORANCE! THIS IS EVEN WORSE THEN OUR PREVIOUS VISIT WHERE THEY HAD US PULL OUT THE LINE AND WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR THE DAMN LEMONADE. I will no longer support this location NOR will I be defending it when people say 'oh no! I definitely wouldn't go to THAT one" BECAUSE NOW I'M ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE.
My daughter and I placed an online order. Part of hers was ready, she had to wait like 10 minutes on a drink because she said the guy was not paying attention. I get home and they forgot my macaroni. I did call and the manager apologized. I was able to get my macaroni and they threw in a brownie for the inconvenience!
I had a grilled chicken salad with strawberries, apples and blueberries. Absolutely delicious with no guilt afterwards.
If I could of have the zero stars I would have!! I ordered food from door dash and they told me my food was dropped fresh!! It was clearly old and re dropped I guess they think I'm stupid or something!! I will never spend a dime with them again!! Because they don't care about their customers!!! They most definitely said they wasn't replacing anything or giving me my money back
I went this morning and placed an order. I went home...(mind u I stay down town it was rainf and I had my grand baby, so I wasn't going to go back up there right away) but Jay which was the shift manager stated that I needed to bring the bag back within 2 days to get a refund. He said that it was the store owners policy. Now, I told him I had no problem bringing what was incorrect back but 2 give me 2 days to do so was ridiculous. Gas is almost $4 dollars a gallon and u want me to spend 10 dollars in gas to bring back 4 little chicken bites and it was their mistake and they didn't give me a receipt. I can see if he said just come back and on ur next visit we can take care of it but nope. And this was my first time at that location.... BIG MISTAKE??‼️ Hugely DISAPPOINTED I will not be going there again...
Google ask me...How was Chick-fil-A ? Well I think anyone who has eaten there before knows the answer...So for those of you that haven't tried it... & are looking over the reviews... It's a out of body experience each and every time I consume the juicy... crispy.. perfect toasted ...Sorry... I will finish this later ... I gotta get up to Chick-fil-A before they close ...
