I ordered my food at 6:15. At almost 8:00 I called and my food was "On its way." At 9:00 called again. At 10:00 I still didn't have my food and no one would answer phone because I guess they were closed. If I get the food and it is amazing I may order from here again, if not, I won't. My recommendation is don't order delivery from here if you are hungry. I got my food after they were closed and my order was missing some items. I couldn't call because no one answered the phone because by the time I got my food they were closed I hope better luck to others. The food is actually pretty good, when you get it.UPDATE: After my experience, the owners reached out to me and did everything they could to make it right. I have ordered delivery 2 more times. It does still take a little longer than the expected delivery time, but the food is good. Also, the customer appreciation deal is a really good value.
We like to get thin crust pizza at Celano's. They have a family deal that comes with 2 extra large pizza's, garlic bread and chef salad. A solid deal for pizza that's meaty with a decent salad.
Came from Canada to st louis for a quick weekend. I passed in front of this place that was beautiful decorated and super clean. The staff was super welcoming and nice!! The pizza that I was able to create myself was SUPER GOOD!! Definitely the best pizza in town!! I went back the morning after to get some wings and it was also delicious. This place is definitely my place to go next time I come visit my family. Thanks to the Celeno family and staff for that beautiful experience.
I have been going to this restaurant for some time. Tonight will be my last visit. I get there to pick up my order and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. I waited 30minutes for a 12 inch pizza. That was after I waited 15 minutes on hold. Then the girl who tried to take my order didn’t know what she was doing. I have seen her there for awhile so she’s not new. Not a fan anymore
This is my first time ordering from them since they switched from Cecil Whittakers. I’ve never had a problem until today. This is unacceptable!! I don’t even know what this is but I’ve never seen anything like it! I called and all they offered was toRemake the pizza or give a credit…I don’t want either, I just want my money back. I should’ve read the reviews before ordering.
ordered a sausage and bacon pizza and i loved it. would have ordered more if i knew it was going to be that good. the girls in the front were pretty nice as well.I believe the place has a new name and one of the girls(short black and i believe small pink twists) told me about the new name and gave me a pamphlet. I definitely will be coming back
Being disabled and no longer able to drive. I count on delivery. Last week it took 1an 45mins to get my pizza. This week 2hrs an 5 mins. After being told 45mins to an 1hr. As fantastic as your pizza is. You also have the worst service in North county.
Absolutely delicious!!! We had a large bacon and sausage and a chef salad with Italian dressing. Both were so good!!! Very reasonably priced on their specials. The girl that answered the phone and took our order, could use some customer service etiquette, but I know it is hard to find good help during this pandemic. Overall, the food was delicious and we will be back!
I don’t normally leave reviews and even worse this is usually one of my favorite places to order from but as of the last month and a half or so it’s like they quit cleaning their ovens. I typically order from here weekly and the last 5+ pizzas I’ve ordered have all had old food burnt on the bottoms of the pizza. It’s like they don’t clean their ovens any more and it’s a shame cause the food is really good. I ordered again tonight after waiting 2 weeks to see if they cleaned their ovens and of course not again, burnt left over food on the bottom of my pizza making the pizza taste burnt in certain bites. Super disappointing.
I've ordered from them twice and both times when I went in to pick up my order they forgot part of it. The first time they refunded me some of my money. The second time they offered an apology. When I got home my veggie pizza had toppings I asked not to be on it, my chicken sandwich was super dry, and my well done extra saucy wings were well done and almost no sauce. I called to talk to a manager and was told do what you want with the food and to call the owner tomorrow, I called and talked to him he was very rude wouldn't let me talk and told me I wasn't a customer anymore and told me what I told him wasn't true because he was there the night my food was made, but when I asked to speak to him that night I was told he wasn't there. I wish I could give 0 stars.
